TurnKey Vacation Rentals

My family and I had a truly amazing vacation in the smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg Tennessee. We had two cabins. Blue Heron and Doves nest. They were beautiful and better then I imagined. The decor was adorable, and there was everything we needed for our stay. The door code didn't work one night on the Blue Heron cabin. I called Turnkey and they walked us through and we were in the cabin in no time. We had no other issues and enjoyed our stay immensely. What a wonderful getaway!!

This was a very nice place I loved how everything was under Security and it was also in a great location.

we booked Hilton Head for the last week of July first of August back in March 2021, now 3 weeks before we are told the reservation is cancelled and we were refunded with no recourse. Total scam, totally screwed over. I was on the phone with them for over an hour, the workers were pretty clueless and offered nothing other than the refund. We have raised a ticket with their corporate offices and I am more than sure I will never hear back. They should give us more than just a refund, they should give us an equal unit (which they claim they dont have avaiable) or a free week later. I would NEVER use this company ever again, extremely untrustworthy!!!

The apartment was spacious, well lite, and met all the family needs. Unfortunately the last couple of days the elevator didn't work but we made the best of it. Didn't spoil our vacation

This property was very nice. My family enjoyed their stay and we would rent it again. The location was near the beach and lots of restaurants. The unit offers a keurig coffee maker.

Nice place and clean. A little far from the center of Myrtle Beach but great location. Locals are sensitive about noise but nice condo!

TurnKey was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend properties they manage. Definitely will use them again!

Beautiful cabin, bedrooms were huge and comfortable. The only setback was the multiple sets of stairs to get to each bedroom, especially with children going up and down all day. The decks were my favorite, loved morning coffee and evening wine on those decks

The Spa was a wonderful place to take our family! We enjoyed an ocean view from the balcony and were so close to the beach. The amenities on site were fantastic, nice people, and just an overall great experience.

Nice Beach house! The house was very nice and spacious. I few things needed some help, like a sliding toilet seat and shaky bannister but it was very nice. There were tons of ants in the house getting into food and generally everywhere. We did the best we could to keep everything cleaned and stored away but they were still everywhere.

We were very pleased with the condo. The local staff was very accommodating.

Place was very nice except the construction on our building that woke us up at 7:30 am every morning we were there. We was not made aware of, Before arriving need to figure out access to indoor pool never got an answer on that.

Great house - clean, comfortable with lovely backyard views. Great pool - lots of sunshine. Close to everything in Sea Pines - easy to walk or bike. Would happily (and hopefully) stay here again.

This was a great getaway. We had so much room and the kids had a great place to play when we were just hanging out at the cabin. Great family getaway!

Great every thing was awesome. Very pleased with the set up. No complaints. They just need a full sized broom. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We are going to Nashville for my bach party. My mom is trying to pay the balance, but they wouldn't let her do it over the phone because the reservation is in my name. So I called in with her card number, but they wouldn't accept it because the card is in her name a reservation is in mine, and they said that the names have to match. My card has a daily limit on it, so I am not getting charged over and over again to pay off the balance. This is absolutely ridiculous. We are not trying to take money, WE ARE TRYING TO GIVE THEM MONEY! I did not know we were going through them until after I booked the house. TERRIBLE PEOPLE!! IF YOU KNOW AHEAD OF TIME DO NOT USE THEM!!

I reserved a condo for June 17-20 at Myrtle Beach for me and my family. My grandmother passed away on June 10 and so we couldn't make the trip as we had to make preparations for and attend the funeral. TurnKey will not issue a refund. If you rent through this company, make sure that no one close to you dies, or you'll be out $1500 like we are.

Cleaning company did a poor job, had someone's mucus left on a wall in one of the restrooms, had a bunch of hair in one of the showers.

We just returned from an amazing family vacation in Truckee, CA, and would gladly share our impressions. Excellent location ... place in Truckee was superb, nestled in a pinetree, quiet mountainous area, yet in close proximity to lakes, trails, and ski slopes! Excellent house ... our family loved the exquisite design, the perfect cleanliness, the spacious bedrooms, the large patio, and the modern, well-appointed kitchen!! Everything worked perfect Excellent communication ... we had such a positive, open communication with the TurnKey staff, fully supportive to all our questions and needs!!! We wholeheartedly recommend this great place for your family vacation plans :)

Our vacation spot in Boothbay Harbor ME was very comfortable, clean, and a great location with an easy walk to the downtown area. Everything was great.
