The rental place was beautiful! Looked just like the online pictures. Plenty of space and privacy and is in a wonderful location/neighborhood. The only downfall (4 stars) was there was no papertowels no napkins or trashbags. Each bathroom (3 1/2 baths) only had 1 roll of toilet paper in it. We were staying for a week so had to go out and purchase these things ourselves. The rooftop was AMAZING! I had to send pictures to Turnkey when we first arrived because some of the furniture was damaged. When informing them about the furniture we also let them know that we had to purchase some items that were not at the location when we arrived. They were very nice and apologized for any inconvenience. Very easy to reach and very quick to respond.

Our experience was excellent! Both cabins were very clean and included all the amenities that were described in the description. Whenever we had questions, it was very easy to call or text someone for assistance. We had one issue with a television set, but a tech person came out to fix it within a short period of time. Overall, we were very happy.

We experience quite a few issues during our stay in Big Bear, CA using a Turnkey property. I communicated all of these concerns to the staff throughout our stay. I was informed by Austin, who was handling our concerns, that we would be compensated since we were not able to use many of the house amenities which is why we booked that specific location. Even after contacting them again after our rental was completed, no one has responded to our concerns or lack of compensation.

TurnKey was very responsive when it came to contacting them about issues with the home we rented in PCB. They took care of the issues within 24 hours and responded right away via text.

Communication with Turnkey super easy and fast. Property was located exactly where we wanted, very clean and good price.

The property was so cute and cozy. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the home. We had a little trouble with the alarm and they were fast at responding thank you turnkey for a fantastic experience. Can’t wait to return

Our group of 8 stayed at the entire property. It was clean and just as detailed in the property description. Our only issue was not having the laundry key, which was quickly remedied by the TurnKey staff via text. They scheduled a service to a bathroom during our stay but it did not interfere with our activities or stay.

The house is very nice and clean. When we arrived 2/3 fans were broken during record breaking heat. They worked with us to get replacement fans which we appreciated.

My family had a great time. The rental we rented was great. I was just enough space me and my family. The hospitality from the staff was superb! I would definitely recommend this place and will book from them in the future!

The booking process was very easy and hassle free with turnkey. As soon as I booked the rental, they sent all kinds of great info. There communication with me through emails, and texts were very timely, and kept me informed! Any time I had a question, a simple text would get me the answer. They were great and would highly recommend!

The house was in need of maintenance. I texted the help line twice and got not responses that were not able to help. When I called the 800, they also were not helpful and had no specifics on the house I was staying in. There was a peloton bike in the house (part of the reason I rented this house) and it was not activated, so I was not able to log into my account and ride under my profile. That house was fine for the number of people we had and the visits was fine. It was not my favorite air bnb that I have rented. And I’m not sure we will do another one if we know it’s turnkey.

Very efficient and informative. Answered all of my questions promptly. Everyone was very helpful in assuring that I had all the information I needed.

The condo we stayed in was very nice and clean. Location not bad for a short walk to the beach...but could be a little harder with kids and all the things needed on the beach with kids. Communication wasn't the best and when I would text questions prior to our stay, it was clearly a customer service representative and not someone who actually knew the property and area. This unit has designated parking but no parking pass was provided for 2nd vehicle..and we were told by representative that none were needed...we ended up receiving warnings about being towed because of this. I would suggest better ways to get in touch with the actual owner and not a random representative who's first language isn't English. Other than that, the unit was nice, clean, plenty of room and everything you'll need is provided.

Everything was fantastic! Turnkey was present, helpful, accommodating...just everything I could have asked for, and I've dealt with many vacation entities. I would definitely book again through them.

The Vacation rental was perfect for our stay in Nashville! My husband and I and our 4 adult kids traveled with us!!! Plenty of space in the perfect location! TurnKey helped us out quickly when we had questions, and made it simple to rent! Place was clean and service great! Will use them again!
