This experience was as good or better than Airbnb. I use Airbnb religiously and my experience with Turnkey was very simple and frictionless. I'd have no problem booking with them again or recommending my family to book with them.
Loved the condo and facility. Only one complaint and that is the mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that everything was perfection.
Beware! You could pay your deposit to Turnkey and find yourselves with no rental at all. Six months ago (April 2021) we reserved a vacation home in Hawaii for this coming January, and last week Turnkey notified us that the rental home is no longer available. They sent three different, conflicting reasons for this change! There are no rentals whatsoever available in the region we chose; and the only available rentals elsewhere are more expensive and not as nice. Turnkey offered a 10% discount but have no availability and even so it is not enough to compensate for the higher cost of everything now. The customer management team sent a 'sorry but we will do nothing for you' message.
I had a villa cancel on me, but I was able to book another one in the same place.
I purchased a rental for a suprise birthday trip for my wife. Exactly a week before the trip, we had a manger quit so we cant make the trip. I called Turnkey to request a change of dates, not a refund or credit, and was denied because it was within their 10 day window of nonrefundable/non adjustable dates policy. I think this is crap to take a persons money, ($1229.36 to be exact) when no goods or services were used. Especially when Im being easy and just asking for a change in days. Im not trying to get over on the company just trying to give my wife a great birthday
Ask me this question, once we've stayed at rental for a few days.

Complete bait and switch. As soon as we made the payment and verification, we were told they moved us to a different location. The house was smaller less sleeping arrangements and substantially subpar compared to what we paid for.
Everything has gone well until today when I received a notice that our final payment had failed to post and that I had to call within two hours or would lose our reservation. The final payment isn't due until tomorrow. It scared me to death and had no merit when I called Turn Key. I believe alarming notices should be sent when there is a genuine issue not preemptively. It is rather hard on the nerves.

3015 Wears Overlook Lane Seiverville Tennessee I rented this large house for my family for the week of my daughters wedding. UNFORTUNATELY THE HOUSE WAS RUNDOWN, NOT RUSTIC. We had a fire on the stove do to the fact the pans under the electric burners were so coated with burnt food and crud it ignited. Flames reached the exhaust fan. The house was filthy, the floors were so dirty when we wiped up spilled water the towel was black, as were our feet. There were cigarette butts and ashes on the decks, NONE OF US SMOKE! Garbage thrown off decks lay in the woods behind the cabin. There was black mold around the vent in bathroom and inside it. I found roaches in the bathroom too. The sulphur smell from the water was disgusting. When I reqested compensation for this I was refunded $200. This rental was $3000 for 5 nights. Had it not been my daughter's wedding which took over my time I would have stopped payment as soon as I walked through the door. Do not use properties from turnkey, I read reviws UNFORTUNATELY after I came home, NOT GOOD AT ALL. I hope this save someone else from the very expensive stress I dealt with.
Needed to called support twice, talked to different people, they were both very professional and precise. Tech is very streamlined too. Hat tip, would use again!
