Great service to book!

Everything was great! the house is a great location!

You have cancelled my reservations twice!! My family already booked airfare. I suggest using a more reputable site that has better inventory.

We booked a reservation months in advance. We were cancelled two days prior to our check in date. We were left with almost no options to stay. Way father from the venue we had tickets to, more expensive, and less amenities….. if I had chosen an alternative company to book through months ago I wouldn’t be put in this situation. Will never use turnkey again.

Terrible Experience After a cancellation with Covid last year, I rebooked the same cabin because I couldn't apply the credit to another place. Booking one night less, three nights instead of four. I still had to come up with an extra $151.25. Right before the trip I was told we would have no use for the stove on our first day and that they would credit me a minimal amount. Well, they did give me the credit, but the stove did not work at all during our stay. So much waisted food and the money we spent to cook at the cabin! We had to go to restaurants for every meal. In addition all the mattresses were bad, a lot of back aches the next morning. There were holes in the towels! No coffee filters for the the coffee maker. Barely any soap for the showers. The view was the about the best part. We will never book through TurnKey again. Very bad management! Do the owners know about the substandards? Extremely disappointed.

Turnkey is a great rental website. Great properties at a better value than AirBNB & VRBO

Great Vacation, in St. Augustine. Condo was perfect, close to restaurants and food stores. Excellent communications with TurnKey Vacations, no complaints. I would highly recommend TurnKey Vacations for your next vacation needs.

We had rented this condo because our daughter was getting married in Nashville, TN. I was disappointed in the amount of the money we spent for this condo and what we found. Refrigerator water/ice dispenser broken. Makeup stains on decorative pillows/sheets. Shower curtain in bathroom stained. Multiple walls were all scuffed up/needs new paint job. Dust on baseboards. We also were text the day of check in and told that window in living room leaks and would be fixed after we checked out. On the day after it rained, it was leaking. My daughter (the bride) rented another unit in Illume and also was disappointed with the appearance of her unit. This was not the way we wanted to start the wedding weekend with our first impression from this condo and the amount of money we paid for it!

We arrived at our condo unloaded our bags. On our return from town and the beach. We noticed something house keeping should have noticed when making the bed the mattress was sunk in the middle due to the legs on frame had given out. A temporary fix was done on it which did not hold . The frame gave out and you could not sleep on the bed. It was obvious the frame needed to be replaced. But this was a nice roomy clean condo but other than the poor choice of maintenance up keep.

Everything was great-from the booking process to the communication with the customer service folks. The property was very nice and clean and in a great location. We would use TurnKey for future trips.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and loved the location of our unit and the building. Because the pictures were panoramic they made the bathroom look bigger than it really was, but it was a nice place. Our unit was clean overall, but there were a few things that had been overlooked (someone's t-shirt was wadded up in the bottom of the closet, there were used conditioner bottles in the shower, and some sort of food or other mark on the inside of the entry door.) The hot tub was on and off working while we stayed there. Chair/umbrella rentals are expensive, so it would be nice if unit owners provided some or the condo association did. The beach was beautiful and clean, very very little seaweed on some days but was sandy and not rocky. Water was warm in October! We dined at Longboard, Lobo del Mar, Clayton's Beach, Gabriella's, Tequila Sunset, Pier 19 and Sea Ranch. All were delicious. Longboard and Lobo del Mar were our favorites. We also dined at Louie's Backyard and Coconut Jack's, which was okay but not great. We parasailed with SPI Excursions (Captain Bart and Jose were awesome! Kudos to Captain Bart on the toe touch!) We rented a golf cart one day to explore the island from Paradise store but they have an outside vendor, Azul Island Mgmt and we were happy with it. We did Murphy's dolphin tour (Isla Tour) and they were awesome - kudos to Captain Patrick and Jennifer. We rented a Jet Ski from Breakaway Cruises and that was a lot of fun. We loved it, and we will be back. :)

I definitely give them100% for customer service! I had a bad experience with another homeowner Beach house more expensive, stressed me out because of my accent telling me I should find another please because this is not for me haha ….I was coming with my amazing team providing floral composition for wedding of Top 100 successful woman in the world! I totally forgot to check in and here I am 9 PM driving no idea if we could get in…. Called and a nice lady walked me through …text message me the codes. I appreciate it.Thank thanks! The place was super clean, close to Hyatt Regency where is the wedding was ! The funny part, if you guys are tired and walking one in the morning do not get fool by Cherry bowl on the dining table….I thought it was real Lol 😂 Great job with decorating.

We had such a great experience! The rental was clean, comfortable, located minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit. The rental had all of the essentials we needed for the week. There was a grocery store close by as well. We contacted turnkey for a minor issue. The TV would not turn on and a turnkey representative replied right away and after a few troubleshooting attempts we were able to fix the TV! We had a beautiful pool on-site and it was nice to relax around the pool when we were night site seeing. Our room was beautiful and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay and look forward to more vacations with turnkey.

Absolutely bad experience. Do not deliver the service they sell and treat their guests horribly. Stay away!

Great website and service

Had originally booked thru vrbo but had issues with booking then my credit card. Decided to cancel through vrbo and book directly through turnkey. Saved us a few hundred dollars and the transaction was so quick, turnkey representative were so helpful!

We were so comfortable at this home in Lighthouse Point we extended our stay couple of weeks. The recently remodel house is immaculately clean and it’s moderately decorated. We loved hanging out in the gorgeous backyard by the pool. Great landscaping with lots of privacy, and a great outdoor kitchen. The brand new kitchen indoors was perfect for cooking in. Comfortable beds, and nice linens. And it was so easy to get to all the stores, restaurants and the beach. We highly recommend this home and hope to return soon.

I am so pleased with Turnkey managing my property. I’ve been with them for 2 years and I havnt had one problem. The last management company was horrible and it’s like night and day between the two of them. When I come each year after renting from a busy season I’m now at peace before I come instead of being a nervous reck on what I would walk into when I got there. Thanks Turnkey for your outstanding management of my home away from home!

There was a little confusion about the availability of the woodburning stove, the cabin's main source of heat, but Turnkey and the local team were very good with communication and confirmed that it was indeed working. The cabin is a bit rustic, but you know that going in from the description. It's a great little cabin in a quiet location with views of the lake peeking through the trees.

We had a great stay for over a month, Turnkey was great to work with. We will be back this spring!
