Very spacious, and a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend. and has a spacious backyard you bring a boat.

All my questions were answered promptly by a Turnkey representative. When I let her know that a chair was broken, she offered to send someone out to repair. Great service.

The experience was perfect! We almost had a lat minute hiccup but luckily the unit owner took over and handled it all and made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be! Beautiful accommodations with every convenience and comfort you could want!

Nice apartment, but you’ll definitely need an Uber or car to get downtown. One issue was that the master bedroom bed was only a full instead of queen so a little tight for an average sized couple. The noise from the upstairs apartment was a problem so we had to run the fan at night to drown out the noise. There needs to be more bedding provided for the pull out sofa. One small blanket was not enough so I had to tell my friends to bring more bedding. Otherwise a nice place, super clean and enough space for sleeping and showering which is pretty much all we did there.

Nice room to stay in as described. Walking distance to beach, food, shopping. The host is very responsive.

Rented an ocean view condo for $500 per night. When we got to the condo and looked out the living room window toward the ocean, half of the view was of a derelict building with bags of trash piled up against the wall. I called Turnkey service and sent them a picture looking out the window at the building and the trash. I told them we would not be paying $500 per night for a condo that the view was of a run-down building with trash piled up and I wanted a refund because we would not be staying there. We said we were misled by the pictures they had posted on line. They said they would evaluate the pictures I sent them and the ones online and call us back in an hour. When she called back she said they agreed and she was submitting a claim to return our money. A week later when I checked the status she said they were still working on the claim. When I called today (two weeks), she said they were not reimbursing us and the pictures were not misleading. "Sorry for the confusion"

When they’re were issues they immediately answered and were on top of the issue… just recommend to bring candles to remove smell of the place. But when I notified turn key the contact was very quick and responsive… Overall great experience

We had a terrific experience with TurnKey Vacation Rentals. Easy to communicate with; customer service team is professional and very helpful. We were offered the night before our planned stay at a discounted rate and it was really helpful for us to stay there on Thursday. The property is beautiful and amazing location with lots to do. We reserved for the wedding of our daughter in Buzzards Bay; so our schedule was busy and did not get to enjoy the city. Overall, great property, location and service team

We had to change the dates in our reservation and they made it quick and easy. The new rate is slightly lower, so we even saved a little. Nice to have an actual person answer the call in the evening, with no wait time, and pleasantly assist with changes to the reservation. Thank you!
