TurnKey Vacation Rentals

The condo was beautiful, full of all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable stay. The place is very well decorated with several modern touches throughout. The front row view of the beach is just awesome. We will stay here again.

Booked months in advance for Thanksgiving weekend only to have it cancelled the month before. Now there isn’t any accommodations available. There needs to be renter protection for these properties.

Incredibly easy checkout and lowest fees out of all the competitors

Excellent house with amazing beach views! Love the comfort from the upgrades in the bedding and mattresses since our last stay. My kids love being right next to the pool! All the amenities make you feel right at home on your vacation. The one issue we had on both of our stays was the electrical shorting out on the wall of the microwave if you use it and another outlet on that wall at the same time. We were surprised it wasn’t fixed in the five months since our last stay. Aside from that, all was great and we will definitely book this home again and again.

Do not trust them with your holiday plans Turnkey canceled the first house we rented (remember, we booked flights for Thanksgiving to spend family time). Then, when we booked another house that they gave us the option to rent, they canceled that house too! If you value your time and don't want to be stressed out scrambling to find a place to house your family, don't rent Turnkey houses.

The website had a significant glitch when booking. It double booked me one unit (instead of two joint units) and charged me twice for the same unit. Luckily, I caught the mistake before our trip; otherwise, we would have had 8 people without a bed to sleep in for our large group.

I am so happy about this process. I had a credit from a previous trip that had to be cancelled through VRBO. But some how it was connected to TurnKey. I found another destination to visit and it was so easy to book. I wish I knew who she was because she was great!

We had a wonderful stay at the vacation home in Lido Key. House was very clean, an amenities provided were terrific. The pool was relaxing, and we had all the beach stuff anyone could want. Great communication and easy check in an out. Great experience.

The house is an architectural masterpiece located in a beautiful setting. The mountain views and stargazing or stunning. The house was fully equipped with everything one could need.

We rented a property in Glenwood Springs to attend the funeral of a loved one who died young and unexpectedly. Among the guests were the parents, sister, and cousin of the deceased. A few days later, we began receiving phone calls from Turnkey demanding that we pay a $50 cleaning fee. Turnkey could not specify what the fee was for. We had already paid, when booking the property, $300 in cleaning fees, a $129 damage waiver, $429 in host fees and a $392 service fee. Moreover, we left the property absolutely spotless. Nonetheless, and without furnishing any evidence, Turnkey continues to harass a grieving family over a $50 fee. Even though it is a small sum, I will not be the victim of what I regard to be an unconscionable shakedown. I expect an apology.

Wonderful weekend celebrating our sons birthday. Bob's Crab Shack was perfect for our fishing & crab needs. First thing you notice when you walk in is the cleanliness & freshness. That was most important to us. The guest house was a big hit for the grandkids. They didn't want to leave! The house was well stocked with just about everything we needed. Good quality linens, towels, cookware & dishes. We made the mistake of over packing by bringing extras ourselves. We brought our own boat & just wished there was a closer boat launch nearer than the big bridge. But it was awesome having it right outside our backdoor to us anytime we wanted to go out fishing. We were lucky enough to catch plenty of crab for our own crab boil. Everyone enjoyed themselves!

Pros - Great view, steps to the beach, quiet community. Very clean, Most supplies/utensils/condiments were available. Good communication. Cons - No shower in main living area bathroom, third bedroom has a very tiny shower, all five adults used master bathroom shower. Mattress in the main living area bedroom is very soft. Check-in & check out times (4pm and 10am) are strictly enforced, no flexibility on that.

Turn key just cancelled my reservation. The home owner removed it from the site. There is nothing else for us and this was booked a year in advance. Don’t trust them.

My husband and I were very impressed with TurnKey to the point if we decide to turn a condo of ours into a vacation rental we would see if we can use TurnKey. They do an excellent job by keeping you updated on your upcoming stay, to answering any questions you have, and the place was spotless (I believe they handle the cleaning staff too). Thank you for such a great service 24/7.

We planned to get hotel rooms for a family get together. As the attendee list grew, I made the decision to seek out a house instead. The house we rented from Turnkey slept 9 comfortably (using the big couch as a bed). It was 2 miles from the venue, well within walking distance of many local restaurants, stores and a quick drive to the beach. The house was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. The saltwater pool under the screened in back porch was phenomenal! One afternoon, we cooked burgers and brats on the poolside grill. Turnkey made the arrival and entry process very easy with the front door code technology instead of keys. What a great place! We will definitely rent this property again.

This property is very updated and comfortable. It had everything needed to spend a week at the ocean. Access to the beach was close and a very easy walk as were shops and restaurants.

My recent stay at Margaritaville was fabulous! The cottage was immaculate and smelled wonderful. The staff was extremely ready to please. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone interested in staying there. And I have high expectations and am not easily impressed!!

The villa was just as expected. Beautiful and clean. The property was maintained meticulously. The people who live there are ever so kind. The manager could not have been better! She was very prompt and courtesy to meet all of our needs. I will return for another stay.
