It was the first time I had come across their website whilst trying to book a long haul flight. I made the mistake of calling their support line, and most unfortunate to speak to a rude agent called 'Nick'. He never listened to the two questions I asked, and I had to ask it four times. I asked to speak to someone else as he was checked out, and he stated he will not transfer the call as 'everything I know, I've told you', we all know exactly the same thing here'. That left a sour taste in my mouth, and in that period of time I felt under threat. Anxiety filled my body and I shared with him his behaviour was unacceptable, I've not been shouted at before by calling to enquire in a travel agency. Needless to say I decided to immediately book direct with the airline even though it was £100.00 more.

Hats off to you Spencer, you was really helpful. We really appreciate the good work you provided and Im also glad to find someone with a lot of patience to look for the best available ticket prices .Thank you soon much for your service.

I had spoken to the staff Kant from Travel Trolley for changing a ticket which was issued in the month of May'24. He tells me he cannot do anything while the airlines tells me that it can be done but they cannot do it since its a travel agent's booking and the travel agent refused to do it as there are no charges or probally he does not know how to re-issue or change a ticket from the past to the present travel. As every ticket of the airlines is valid for one year from the date of issue. Their staff needs to be trained or they are trying to extract money from the customers. Clients should never buy tickets from this travel agent and if purchaesd one should forget it. When the airlines can change the ticket for a furture date why cannot a travel agent. Money making travel agent should never be Trusted any further.

Good customer service

Rachit was super helpful with my booking and answered all my questions . He put my mind at ease with a few things and explained the procedure for immigration and customs in Mumbai which I didn’t know about .

Flight change requests confirmed, payment taken and then advised that the airline won’t accept the change. Waiting 10 days for a date change to be completed. Told one price, to then be advised that it’s £1000.00 more than the original quote. Communication via WhatsApp is ridiculous.

I booked a confirmed flight ticket to travel, without insurance cover. Four days later, I changed my mind to reschedule my return leg of the flight. I spoke to a Travel Trolley agent Spencer who was so kind, considerate and professional. He checked availability on my flight and changed the flight, hassle free for just a small fee difference that was unbelievable. It was easy for me to pay through the payment link attached in my email. I am very happy. Thank you Spencer!

Booked and have arranged hotel etc. they’ve come back with excuses why they couldn’t get the flights yet they’re advertising with higher prices. Avoid and book with a reputable company. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Gave excuses about waiting list and money issues.

I recently purchased a ticket for myself and my baby girl, totaling £359. To my dismay, I discovered that my name was incorrectly spelled on the ticket, an error that was clearly made by TravelTrolley. Despite the error being theirs, TravelTrolley refused to rectify it without charging me in full again. They insisted I rebook the ticket and promised a refund for the original purchase. However, when I followed their instructions, and they redirected me to AlexaTravel and rebooked through them, I was shocked to find that they had simply updated the existing ticket instead of issuing a new one. To make matters worse, TravelTrolley/AlexaTravel has failed to provide the promised refund for the original ticket. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, I have been met with either silence or outright rudeness. I strongly believe that TravelTrolley intentionally misspelled my name to force me to pay double and scam me.TravelTrolley is also now saying that they are not related to AlexaTravel, even though they are the ones that redirected my call to them. Additionally, AlexaTravel attempt to impersonate the Air India Reservation team was a blatant attempt to deceive me. I urge potential customers to avoid TravelTrolley and AlexaTravel at all costs. They are a complete scam.

I spoke with Muneet over the phone to change the date of my parents' return flight. He was very helpful and clear in explaining I didn't much time left to make changes, and gave me options for possible return dates. The whole process was very quick and efficient.

I spoke to BA who told me this travel agent just had to phone their dedicated agent line to secure my refund in days. Travel Trolley refused to do this, without any explanation why. I was told this would take 6 weeks, something I could have secured in 7 days, if I was allowed to deal direct with BA. They were fine for a cheap flight, if nothing goes wrong. But rubbish in the event of a cancellation.

My experience with Spencer(Travel Trolley) has been amazing. They don't just provide a very competitive fares for your travels but also have a fantastic and always reachable customer support team. Kudos!!
