Scam stay away

I booked a trip with Travel Trolley and was pressured to buy their travel insurance, which seemed more like a scam than a helpful offer. The insurance options were confusing and had many exclusions, making me feel like they just wanted to make money. When I contacted customer service for help, I faced long wait times and unhelpful responses. I recommend looking for travel insurance from more reputable companies that offer clear and reliable coverage. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Travel Trolley!

They sold me a flight that wasn't even available and promised to refund me within 72 hours. However, they charged my card again the following day, leaving me with over £1200 taken from my account. AVOID THIS; IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!

I wanted to change my wifes booking to Premium Economy and Oliver was very helpful and made the changes without any fuss.

I recently booked a trip through TravelTrolley, and I can confidently say that my experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with a travel service. From start to finish, their customer service was not just rude but downright dismissive. Whenever I needed assistance, it felt like I was bothering them. They barely took the time to listen to my concerns and often responded with condescending remarks. Moreover, I felt completely misled by their website. What was promised in my booking was not delivered. Hidden fees appeared out of nowhere, making what seemed like a great deal suddenly very expensive. When I inquired about these charges, their responses felt sneaky and evasive, as if they were trying to dodge my questions rather than provide clarity. To top it all off, I suspect fraudulent practices. After my trip, I noticed several discrepancies with my invoice, and repeated attempts to resolve these issues were met with silence and indifference. It’s disheartening to think that a company could take advantage of travelers in this way.

I would like address about a customer service person who helped me a lot, when I had an issue with my flight which got cancelled. He was so kind, gave some others options to go ahead with the another booking. Handled customers in a great manner. Thanks Spencer.

I recently had the worst experience booking a flight through traveltrolley. Instead of providing a seamless experience, they intentionally made mistakes in my booking and then redirected me to alexatravel, a complete scam website. When I tried to rectify the errors, traveltrolley forced me to rebook the entire ticket, promising a refund for the original payment. After two months of waiting, it's clear that they have no intention of honoring their promise. Despite repeated attempts to contact traveltrolley, they refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing on alexatravel's part. I'm extremely disappointed with traveltrolley's deceitful practices. Their low prices are a trap, as they ultimately end up scamming their customers. It's baffling how Kayak continues to list them as a reputable travel agency. I strongly advise anyone considering booking with traveltrolley to steer clear.

Travel Trolley messed up my booking big time.** They misspelled one of the names on my tickets, so I called to correct it. Instead of fixing it, they canceled the whole booking and made me rebook at a much higher price. Now, they're ignoring my requests for a refund on the canceled ticket. I'm really disappointed with their terrible service. It seems like they deliberately misspelled the name to force me to pay more. I strongly advise against using Travel Trolley.
