The experience is to good

I felt the customer service person (Alex - fake name) is not that polite and professional . The person who answered my call regards to my refund call was giving some standard scripted informations and when asked some additional queries their tone was changing , and hang up the call as if i called to led money .ref- 5335869

Having suffered a bereavement I inadvertently booked the wrong dates for a flight to Australia to be with family. Realising immediately, I contacted them and was told that I would have to pay a fee in order to cancel. Complete lack of compassion and empathy.

Worst travel company ever.. Avoid avoid avoid

Extremely poor experience. We asked for a correction immediately after the booking before the tickets were issued. They demanded 130 pounds per ticket. We have booked with multiple other websites who are all flexible to update details before a ticket is issued because basically they have not purchased the ticket yet from the airlines. Be wary , would not recommend to anyone
