Devine Holistic Health Reviews

Titilayo’s Dare To Heal and Live In Control 8-Week Program was amazing because it got me from the crisis of being a teenager’s parent to the solution of supporting this season of change in my child's life. Titilayo’s help and feedback are always massively valuable. Before I met her, I struggled with arguing and yelling with my teenage child every day, feeling out of control and watching the situation get worse and worse. For a while, nothing helped, and I started questioning myself as a parent after being dragged down for so long. Now I have been able to calm myself down via several practical skills learnt from Titilayo, by being honest with the symptoms in my own body, by facing my feelings and not hiding, and most importantly, I needed to heal myself from childhood trauma, as I also realised that vibrations could be shared between parents and children. I am grateful that I have learned how to respond mindfully to conflicts instead of reacting to my triggers and wounds.

Before I did the 8 week course with Titilayo I was in a state of absolute burn out, constantly feeling exhausted, little energy, dealing with mental fog and knowing I had a lot to work through but feeling lost. Working with Titi has been a transformational experience, one that I am grateful for as I now feel clear of the mental fog and burn out, iv been on a healing journey, I have learnt new skills to help me deal with the day to day stressors as well as develop a clearer plan of moving forward. I have found Titilayo to be an extremely experienced professional, and each week I found her course to be both eye opening and beneficial. I am glad I did this course and would highly recommend it to anyone currently struggling with stress and burn out and wanting to overcome trauma.

Titilayo was a calming presence in this detox program that I did with her. She sets realistic expectations and helps you to feel the joy in making a step towards detoxing your body. In the end I felt more confident in carrying on these healthy habits that will better serve me in the future. She has helped me to feel more empowered in carrying on my health goals.

Before I did Titilayo’s “Heal Your Trauma 8-Week Program”, I was exhausted, felt irritated at the slightest incidents and experienced an outburst of emotions both at home and at work. As a firm believer in an ongoing journey to develop and heal, I had already invested a lot in my personal development journey including therapy, hypnotherapy and coaching. Despite having done so, somehow I did not manage to connect to the source of what was driving this behaviour. I felt stuck in a loop where I struggled to establish healthy boundaries and wasn't able to give myself the grace that I needed when I was going through a challenging time. Because of this program, which unlike anything else I have ever done, considered all areas of my life, I gained a renewed source of energy which others could notice. The program allowed me to give myself permission to set and hold clearer boundaries at work/home, become a more loving partner, a more patient mum to my 10 month old daughter. Overall I felt much more confident on both an emotional and physical level. Titilayo helped me break through old patterns that no longer served me, and for that I am eternally grateful 🙏🏾

I would definitely recommend Ms. Hill. Before I did Titilayo's Freedom From Stress & Burnout Program I was very lost in my image of myself and understanding my own feelings/ how to manage them. I struggled with anger management, lack of self- confidence and poor regulation of mood. I had actually never really had a therapist before and although I was really nervous she made my first interaction and experience a really good one. I think in the future I will be more open and receptive to seeking out therapy. She has opened me up to taking the time to explore my smotions and feelings while learning to forgive myself. She has helped to equip me with the tools necessary to combat the issues I struggled with in the beginning.

Titilayo’s program has been fantastic and continues to be of great support for me. Before working with Titilayo I was suffering from childhood trauma, alcohol abuse, and lots of anxieties. After weekly therapy sessions, I now have the tools to understand myself and my relationships, and better manage my emotions and behaviors. Thank you.

If it’s not broken don’t fix it, is a way of thinking I had for most of my adult life. Then just before the pandemic like many people I really started to struggle with my mental health. I knew even though I was generally happy with my life and had many ‘good’ things in my life, there was a small part of me that was unhappy, and I could not quite work out why. That is when I made the decision to speak to someone and first contacted Titi. I started to share how I felt openly and honestly, which helped me gain a deeper understanding why I felt the way I did. Titi showed me a level of empathy and emotional understanding I had not experienced and that allowed me to help see things in a different way. Through deliberate questioning and conversation, she got me to open up and share my feelings, at the same she gave me the tools in life to creating a pathway to deal with conflict and differences with those I care about most. Now I understand more about my emotions, I am not only happier, but healthier and I reached new levels of success in my life and became even more ambitious. I can happily say Titi changed my life. Taking that first step can be difficult, but once you do it you will be in a better place.

Before I did Titilayo's Freedom From Stress & Burnout Program I was on the path of healing and she was the missing peace for me, I struggled with chronic worry, burnout and some emotions I repressed through childhood trauma and the years to come I had already spent a lot of money on therapist's who didn't have good advice at all, and read self-help books yet I couldn't connect to my emotions and fully heal from my past and I felt stuck with worry, burnout and other life challenges and fears that Titilayo helped me overcome. Weeks later, here are some of the highlights I experienced: More confidence around people, releasing some old trauma and repressed emotions, more happiness in my day to day, finding flow in my career, connection with my emotions easily and much more.

I just wanted to share my recent biofeedback therapy experience as I have gained so much from it. I have had a few sessions of biofeedback therapy with Titilayo and I can’t recommend it enough. For a long time, I have suffered from severe anxiety and stress masked by the fact I am an extrovert. I started the therapy during a very stressful time. I had just had an operation, I wasn’t sleeping well, suffering from extreme anxiety and had to prepare for two interviews. On the morning of one of my interviews, which was after a biofeedback session, I felt a rush of energy and less nervous. During the interview, I was surprised by the level of confidence I felt and how effortless it all felt and how amazingly I performed. During our sessions, Titilayo thoroughly goes through the therapy with me, asking questions and ascertaining my comfort levels. She is attentive, diligent and incredibly caring. Finally, mental health topics are seldom talked about, I am so grateful to Titilayo Ameh-Hill for starting this group and sharing strategies to support our everyday wellbeing.

Today I enjoyed my 60-min biofeedback session with Titilayo. It was an awesome session and it touched my heart and I was able to heal so many negative emotions which I had before this session . The machine was a miracle to help me know what I was going through during the talk , it was so true and it helped me to find out the reasons why I was not feeling well recently. It helped me pay attention to it as well and to work on my current challenges starting from now . Thank you so much for this beautiful gift and this useful season and thanks Titilayo for all the info and support and tips you shared with me to help me heal my self. It really works. It was a miracle! Looking forward to more sessions with you in the future. - Mona

Before I did Titilayo's Devine Detox Cleanse Program I was overweight because of depression. I had low self-esteem, I felt like I always needed help, I was always in self-pity mode. I had read self-help books, done different weight loss programs yet I was still in denial of the rejection that caused my depression to begin with. Just 4 weeks after the program, I built a fitness routine and found a tribe to keep me accountable (21 day fix), revamped my eating habits, built a stronger mindset, felt worthy and good enough. Titilayo's 1-1 coaching style really helped me discover my worth, and really find myself and rediscover who I am. 5 years later I'm still using habits I developed from then and enhanced it to my own lifestyle. Now I regularly train as a body builder, and I am currently preparing for my second bikini competition.
