Titilayo’s Dare To Heal and Live In Control 8-Week Program was amazing because it got me from the crisis of being a teenager’s parent to the solution of supporting this season of change in my child's life. Titilayo’s help and feedback are always massively valuable. Before I met her, I struggled with arguing and yelling with my teenage child every day, feeling out of control and watching the situation get worse and worse. For a while, nothing helped, and I started questioning myself as a parent after being dragged down for so long. Now I have been able to calm myself down via several practical skills learnt from Titilayo, by being honest with the symptoms in my own body, by facing my feelings and not hiding, and most importantly, I needed to heal myself from childhood trauma, as I also realised that vibrations could be shared between parents and children. I am grateful that I have learned how to respond mindfully to conflicts instead of reacting to my triggers and wounds.
