The good- purchased tickets were delivered immediately via email. No hassle, easy to attach to iPhone wallet. Dealings with customer service were positive, friendly, and proficient. The bad- yes, the website is definitely deceiving. I thought I was buying from the venue’s website. Ticket Center has a good business going on and doesn’t need to rely on what I would call sneaky and under-handed tactics. But in the end, it was MY fault for not being more careful. A lot of people have complained about the no-refund policy. I understand that due to the nature of the business- re-seller, that it would be very difficult to issue refunds. I would, however, recommend that they have a grace period of perhaps hours or days after your purchase where you CAN obtain a refund. Would help to make them a good bit more customer friendly. All in all though, save for the negatives, the actual experience was very good and I definitely would use them again.
