If there was an option to give zero stars. Purchased tickets to an event. 1 hour before the event, we received an email that the seller was unable to deliver the tickets. Purchased a ticket to Wicked in Tulsa for Sunday June 8th. I have not received tickets yet (the email says I will receive the tickets before the start of the event (been there and done that). I called customer service and asked for information on the tickets. They provided no real answer. I said I just want my money back. They hung up. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS.

I messed up like this once before. I sometimes don't double check and think I am buying tickets directly from the venue and get ripped off by shyster artists such as Tickets Center because they appear higher up in the search results than the actual venue. Today's example, I paid $235.50 for 2 October 11th, 2025 Robin Trower tickets through Tickets Center and then found even better seats directly from the venue for $152.60. I'm so angry, hope I can dump the overpriced Tickets Center tickets and get part of my money back.

booked the wrong date. called back almost immediately to switch the date to one day later and they wouldn't do it. What difference does it make? I was still buying tickets.The only reason that I even gave them a 2 is because the process of buying the tickets was easy and the customer service agent was friendly.

I found cheaper tickets elsewhere and they would not cancel my order. Over priced and horrible service! Would not recommend. Ticket master was cheaper!!!

They make the interface look like the home page of the venue and put in very small letters that they are a reseller.... Got burned paying 3x more than what I would pay at the box office....

Please do not buy from this company. I was told over and over again not to worry my tickets were coming. All the way up to 15 minutes before the show started. Blumenthal theatre in Charlotte told me they get people EVERY DAY scammed by TICKET-CENTER.COM that never get tickets. I'm fighting my case, but please help me and everyone else by putting these scammers out of business. DO NOT BUY if you are smarter than me and doing your homework. If you got scammed like me, lets drive these reviews into the ground and report to the better business bureau and the FTC.

The site made it so easy. Some sites have you trying to figure out where the sears are. This one asked how many tickets I wanted and immediately showed me a seating Chart showing were those seats were available. So you have all the information right there together. Thanks for making it so easy.

This website is a total scam. I paid a very high price for concert tickets that were not delivered. They claim that tickets will be sent 2 day prior to the event, which is ridiculous! All other ticket sellers deliver immediately upon payment. Fate traveling to the venue and paying for hotel, our tickets never arrived. I contacted their customer service “special team” 6 times over a two day period and nothing got resolved. This is not a legitimate business and anyone considering buying event tickets should NEVER buy from this scam seller

advertized tickets as the actual band, in reality it was a tribute band. Buyer beware!!!!!

Thought I was buying thru a reliable venue. Should have paid attention when the fees were SKY high.You do not know what you are purchasing until a day or 2 before the performance date. All total spent about 10x the price of the 2 tickets!

"Unscrupulous scammers" is the overall assessment. They are third-party sellers. You will pay FAR MORE than the going rate. They only give you the tickets just before the show starts. In my case, they did not work, rendering an evening out an embarrassing failure. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, even though the customer service rep told me not to. On the positive side, the credit card charge was reversed. I did receive an apology email and the notification of the reversal from ticket-center. The ticket-center customer service rep was very helpful. But that does not make up for the fact that I was overcharged by about 300%, $170 instead of $65. I expect a surcharge using a 3rd party seller but ticket-center gratuitously exploits the buyer.

The shopping experience was great from a technology perspective. After reading reviews, "You will get your tickets, but they will cost more.". I double-checked with the venue, where the tickets were 50% less. Basically there is no difference from other services, but it is much more expensive. I was an idiot but I will learn from this and not use this service again.

That I believe the floor is a floor not seats and I'm waiting to find out since I can't stand so I can get my money back, I bought the $16.00 insurance
