I was able to get my ticket and parking purchased efficiently and quickly.

Purchased 6 New York City Metropolitan Opera Tickets for 3 people/2 operas for more than TWICE the price. I mistakenly purchased these tickets from what I inadvertently believed were direct from the Opera house. My bad. The Ticket center website is terribly misleading. We didn't receive our actual E-Tickets until just 2 days before leaving the Washington DC area prior to the performances causing much anxiety. There was a huge problem with one set of tickets until just 2 hours prior to the performance and I was on the phone for 45 minutes with Ticket center to try to resolve the problem. They had to re-send the E-tickets to my husband's phone because I kept receiving the wrong tickets. We were able to use all 6 tickets without any further issues. But I will never use them again.

This is a total ripoff. It looked like the real website but was a fake and the price was three times the actual price. Then, when we tried to cancel, no one would respond!

Very easy to use , which is very good

We purchased tickets in January 2025 for a college gymnastics event in March 2025 about 2 hrs away. We immediately got a message that they would not be transferred until a few days before the event... that was kind of a red flag but I thought 'okay fine'. When we got them, they were STANDING ROOM ONLY and showed a face value of $0. We paid $40 each for them. They were not seats! The tickets did not indicate that when purchased. We had to scramble at the last minute to find seats. I reached out to Ticket Center immediately. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that they were responsive and we had a lot of back and forths but in the end they were unconcerned that we got tricked into believing we had purchased seats - only finding out otherwise at the last minute. My credit card company, as of yet, does not have my back. I've escalated the dispute with them and holding out hope there. Biggest takeaway is do not purchase from Ticket Center - sneaky and dishonest practices are allowed on their site.

This is a terrible place to buy tickets. They are fooling the public. Charging 3x the price of regular ticket prices elsewhere, horrible customer service, and you can NOT resale any purchase made through them. AWFUL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is my first negative review! I was looking at tickets and the next thing I knew the website purchased the tickets for me and won't issue a refund - as I've now seen (unfortunately, too late for me) from other comments, this website is a complete scam

No customer service! They rely on paying for a spot at the top of Google search results, then refuse to refund or exchange tickets. DO NOT USE!!

Absolute scam. They pay to be a sponsored link at the top of the search engine and then completely rip you off. I didn’t even get my tickets. Called customer service the lady couldn’t even tell me where their company is located and refused to help me. Disputing the charge with the credit card company. Reported to AG’s office and BBB and reviewing their shady practices on every site I can find.

Ticket center in my opinion is nothing but a rip off and they are gouging everybody. For example Snow King concert tickets with the thievery corporation are $90 on snow king mountain.com well , ticket center bought most of them and they're charging $269. Therefore they're sold out at Snow King and you have to go through this third party, and pay almost triple the price. In my opinion stay far far away from this company don't support them this is wrong with their doing. I alerted snow king of what they're doing and they're not going to allow this next year.

This company is unbelievable. They charged me $691 CDN ($475 US) for tickets worth $110 CDN at the box office. Caveat Emptor.

Do not use this company, You will be ripped off.

I was ripped me off because the ticket I purchased they did not have. The seller sent an inferior one, hoping I would not notice. And then offered a couple of dollars back for the "inconvenience". No dice, I opted for a refund because that's slimy and it's also a felony in NJ to sell a ticket you don't have. They acknowledged-in writing - I am due a refund for this - but 9 weeks later I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. I followed THEIR instructions about how to get it (which was to remove the dispute on my CC) and still I am doing battle. And I get different information every time I call them. They probably make it difficult so that they don't have to give you your money back. Beware!!!!!

They completely miss-represent what you are purchasing. The tickets will not be available until the day before the concert and you can't reach anyone within the Company. Totally a scam. Shame on me!!

I was going to place an order, but my husband upset me so I didn't. Then my husband place an order for the same day, time, and seating. $1131. Then I saw an email sent to ME, giving me 10% off if I placed an order. So I went to the website and when I went to purchase it was only $798. No one reads all the policies, because it's too long with small print. SO, I AM SPENDING $300 MORE THAN NEEDED TO. We are on a fixed income, but decided since it's our 45 anniversary, we would cut back on some stuff, so we could celebrate. The price difference of $300, kinda puts a negative feeling about going. So, if I could I would cancel these tickets!

If you’re not careful navigating your search engine, you might end up on a site that *looks* like ticketmaster but is instead this ticket center site. This site does not sell tickets directly from the venue; instead, it’s a weird resell scheme where you end up paying astronomically more than you should (and no refunds, of course). My mother fell victim to this, and now all we can hope is that the tickets are legit. Please keep away from this site. Go to the venue’s website and follow their own links to ticketmaster, it’ll save you stress and probably a lot of money in the end.

I ordered tix thru Ticketmaster website - but was not informed my tickets are coming from a third party website, which are not refundable. I think more transparency is required.

Easy to follow instructions but I failed to print my confirmation.
