It was fast and easy.

I did not receive my tickets the day of the event and had to call to find out where they were. The gentleman on the line sent a pdf of them to another email I gave him. (Had to forcefully ask for him to do it because I wasn't receiving them from the other email) All ended well, got the tix, but their digital business practices are not managed professionally.

Never received, yet only gave me the section of 161 and nothing else. I checked with stadium box office as well. The TicketCenter.com chat people are no help or the customer service personal didn't do nothing. I will be reporting this to BBB. Until I get my $133.50 back.

Easy as it gets! Flew thru the process on my first try. These people have it figured out!

I purchased the tickets and realized immediately that I had a conflict on this date. I contacted your services and they absolutely refused to work with me. I will never use this service again. I attend approx. 10 events a year.

STOP!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! We never got our tickets! We even paid extra to try to access them. After 3 hours and talking to 5 agents, we still never got them!!

Thought I was buying 2 tickets with great seats at a venue to see a comic. They were $389 and supposed to be up front. What I got was 2 tixs emailed with someone else's name, probably this scammer. So I called the box office and they asked for my mobile to text me my tickets and 4 tixs for $62 each is what I got. Do not deal with these people ever!

All went well but I would like to have known the specific seats I was purchasing, not just the section and row.

Horrible customer service

No response from company since a mistake was made 3 weeks in advance that had to do with parking. I was stuck with a wrong parking decision! I thought for sure all sold spaces were on the lot of stadium. They are not . I am not from area. They said it was the best one and I trusted them. Turns out that space is just as far as my hotel. I would never use them again for any transaction. Mistake made and I’m telling everyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company sent me wrong tickets and no refund. Total scam, I lost 1400. I contacted minutes after I got receipt and it was their mistake and was told Out of luck. Not ok to do this to people and not fix it. They told me to list tickets for resale, but they don't give tickets till the day prior to event, so we cannot list on main sites without the ticket. A total joke!

My confirmation for tickets was received immediately after paying for them. They are for a Kenny G performance in 24 hours. I called the help line and they said that I would get them. I will have the charges reversed if I do not receive them. American Express will refund the money. order number72726551 the event is tomorrow

This company uses all the worst business practices . Ticket price higher than face value , unless you are careful, you are tricked into using this ticket reseller. Even worse, The website uses a ticking time clock to trick you into thinking that you must act quickly to buy a parking space. Parking space charge was $40 for a 2 1/2 hour baseball game. event space charges 15 for parking. I tried to call for a refund and it was refused. This company cannot be trusted, and I would never recommend anybody do any business with them for any reason.

I just want ticket only. I called to cancel Parking. Customer Service representative stated No refund on Parking. Sorry Customer Service!!!!
