I purchased tickets for a friend as a gift and found out the same day as the purchase that my friend could not attend because of a very serious newly diagnosed illness. I contacted Ticket center within 24 hours and asked if I could return the tickets and request a refund for this unforeseen situation. They basically didn't care about this situation and said all sales are final. They did nothing to try to rectify this or make a one time exception. I will never do business with them again
