Major scam site!!!! They're getting better at disguising themselves though.

This was probably the best & easiest ticket purchase I ever made. Quick & easy.

First off, I thought it was like Ticket master (which I should have used) I did NOT realize it sold resale tickets. I was unable to view my seats. I was also charged 255.00 for a one-day parking pass! It did NOT give me any other option. Also, they wait till the day before to send your tickets which is unacceptable, because if you have to travel to another State in time for the event you have NO idea if you are going to actually receive them. I called & they said I would get my tickets the day before even after requesting them sooner. I ordered the tickets 2 months ahead of event and they took payment immediately, so I should have had my tickets immediately! Lesson learned... I will never use any other ticket venue except Ticket Master. I just thought it was another ticket site like Ticket master. It's NOT!!! Beware! I pray I get my tickets!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO PURCHASE ANY TICKETS!!!! THEY ARE AWEFUL!!!! YOU WON'T GET YOUR TICKETS UNTIL (MAYBE???) THE DAY BEFORE!!!! THEY ARE OVERPRICED!!!! THEY ARE A 3RD PARTY FOR TICKET SALES AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHO HOLDS YOUR TICKETS. IT'S A TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM. WE ARE OUT ALMOST $700 WHEN WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN OUR TICKETS FOR AT LEAST $200 CHEAPER THROUGH TICKETMASTER.

The site was a bit rushy for picking out a seating choice and I didn’t see the stadium seating area until I purchased my tickets somewhat happy with my choice of seats

I can’t find my tickets.

BEWARE! I paid $372 for tickets that never got transferred as promised the day before the event. Turns out they sold my tickets three months ago, never notified me, and kept my money! I was finally able to get $270 back, but they still kept the $102. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worse experience, most stressful place to buy tickets. Do not use this site! You don’t get your tickets until the last minute, and we still couldn’t find our tickets. Our email anywhere, even though they gave us a date. They were nowhere to be found. The sent us to a third party for our parking pass. We never found those tickets and had to buy from another source. We spent hours trying to retrieve our tickets. All around, it was a a nightmare. I wish they had a negative star rating.

I was given a ticket that I had not purchased! I clicked a ticket on the main floor and unbeknown to me, I was not given the ticket I had checked for my purchase; I didn’t know this until after I paid for it! I will never buy any tickets from this agency again! Beware, you won’t get what you thought you were paying for!!!!

I like ease of ordering. I'm uncomfortable with the wait time to receive my tickets even though my bank account has already been charged for them. The game is in 2 weeks

Scam, bought $290 tickets for Baltimore Orioles at Atlanta Braves game. Tickets were never delivered, trying to refund the tickets via their live chat, I was guided through some nonsense troubleshooting steps, and they made the excuse of refunds not being possible; "We operate a marketplace and the tickets you see on our platform are not owned by us. The individuals who list their tickets through us are often not able to receive refunds or cancellations on request, which means our ability to offer that option is limited to officially cancelled events only."

Process easier than Ticketmaster.

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a ticket seller. Charged three times the face value for a ticket and double the price for a different show. (I bought them at the same time before realizing that they were not authorized to sell tickets for the venue.) And the seats were lousy!!!! I tried to get refunds via my credit card company but was not successful. Avoid this company or you will be sorry!

absolutely scam site, they intentionally make it look like ticket master, they never send the tickets, they charge higher prices, they cancel your order after you pay, then refund you a small portion. This company is a complete nightmare...you've been warned...stay away, save your money and sanity...complete scam...
