I recently purchased very expensive over priced tickets to NHRA nationals for Saturday June 28th. Said my tickets would be transferred electronically. Arrived to my event still no tickets and said still processing. Go to gate and worker told me that i was scammed and they were not legit tickets. Had to purchase more tickets at gate (they were cheaper and better seats) Never did receive my tickets. I disputed my charge to my credit card company and will get a full refund once resolved. I will never buy tickets from these scam artists and highly suggest that no one buys tickets from this company, Ticket center does not deserve one star but was not an option to give zero.

Directions were clear and didn’t involve any jargon. Having to refresh Ticketmaster and related steps tiring.

It was easy to do. I do prefer a paper ticket, though.

Fast and flawless

once i found my seats weren't side by side, i tried to cancel! NO WAY!!!! these people knew they had a fish on the line and were not letting me go!!!!i tried canceling with american express and they couldn't help me!at this point, i don't know who i'm supposed to see or when!! they sent generic paperwork for a baseball game! ticket fulfillment services SUCK!!!!!

Do not be fooled as I was by this site. It is not the actual event ticket site. They do put that they are a 3rd party seller but it is not very clear and up front. They are also very high pressure in their selling, but not honest. My opinion is they are online scalpers of event tickets.

Everything went very smooth. From buying and downloading the game tickets. To buying and downloading the parking pass.

This company scalps tickets. They are frauds. Do not purchase from them.

I bought tickets to a Peoria Chiefs baseball game in Peoria, IL scheduled for June 4, 2025. I went to the stadium that night, only to find a sign on the gate indicating the game was canceled. Nothing more was on the sign. I received an email the following day at 5:24 pm from tickets-center.com, advising me for the first time that the game had been rescheduled for 5:00 pm THAT DAY. Because the event had started 24 minutes before I received the email, I was unable to attend with such short notice. Because the event was rescheduled, tickets-center.com won’t issue a refund.

Easy, efficient, fast!

Got 2 Reds tickets through here for a very cheap price and was told I would have the tickets through email on or before June 16th, they did come through early am on the 17th, but were screen shot tickets that don't get you into the venue! I called the Reds box office and they confirmed these tickets were not valid! I purchased tickets through the box office and disputed the credit card charge with Ticket center. When I called Ticket Center they tried to say those tickets would work to get into the game, but they would not have as I confirmed this with the box office!! Never again will I use this site!

It was very easy to purchase tickets.

Paid $235 for tickets which I never received, then they stated the tickets were sent via USPS but the tracking code on USPS was invalid, so that wasn't true either. This company has been a fraud for years and needs people to file a class action suit and put them OUT OF BUSINESS

I booked through these people by mistake, my bad. Lots of emails about when the tickets would be delivered by and they weren't. I should have booked it directly; it would have been easier, cheaper, and less stressful. I can only imagine these people are a scam and you should not use them.

Very Easy and Simple experience

I often buy tickets from re-sale sites and generally the process is easy. Once purchased tickets are transferred as agreed. I tried Tickets-center.com for the first time today nd purchased a ticket and paid using PayPal. After confirmation of the purchase the site sent a validation form. At first this appeared to be scam asking for confirmation of the payment to them with a photo , a selfie holding ID and front and back pages of that ID. The form is very badly formatted so the last of the validation items can't be viewed as the form doesn't allow you to scroll down. Spent 4 hours trying to respond. each request was replied to as having failed to meet their requirements but unable to say for what reason. Spoke to them by phone twice and they just keep saying to try and respond to the validation. They have now way to tell you why its failing. Assured me that I wouldn't loose the tickets.Finally their system confirmed the validation was received and then shortly afterwards they advised the sale was cancelled. This is a very strange process and a very badly designed process. Wasted loads of time. In the end bought the tickets from another re-sale site without problems. Avoid this agency if you want an easy experience. Impossible to overcome the problem by speaking to their customer service. Don't waste your time trying.
