Draconian rules and they will bleed you …

Draconian rules and they will bleed you for every possible fee and even resell your tickets without actually telling you. (Yes, they took the fees on both transactions) I bought tickets over 3 months ahead of a concert when i saw an ad they sent to my Facebook profile. The price was rather high, but they were the only outlet that had them at that point. They said the tickets would be delivered at least 24 hours before the concert. When I complained about the high price (about 4x the actual cost of the tickets when they came out) they said all sales are final. They still had not delivered the tickets to me 2 months after ordering them. When tried to talk to the overseas chat they basically said 'too bad' we already have your money. I asked to sell the tickets on their site but they said the tickets were not 'authorized' to be sold because I was not a verified ticket vendor. I contacted my credit card and they said they could investigate and see if the tickets (not yet delivered) could be refunded. When I did that, it triggers a clause in their terms and conditions that allows them to then resell the tickets. They got fees from both transactions and gave me a small percentage of the sale price. What a scam. Their main client service basically said, sorry, you should have read each of the 20 pages of the terms and conditions. Awful! And they are part of Vivid Seats which then cancelled othwr tickets i had bought through that site. Use Stubhub.com or SeatGeek.com. these ones are horrible
