I ordered a pillow costing $79.00 on December 8th. The item was never delivered. When I contact the company about it, I get the same response over and over and over....stating it will be there next week. Several 'next weeks' have come and gone. I then requested to be refunded. I am no longer interested in when it will be delivered, which I suspect is never, I just want a refund. My many requests have gone unanswered, except for the usual, it will be here next week. The company is deceitful, does not explain people are ordering the item that is half way around the world, will not get the item on time...if at all...and will not answer requests about returns or being reimbursed. Don't do what I did...stay away from ordering from this company. December 31st...still no package, still no response from the company in regard to a reimbursement for my $79. 1/3/25...as for the response from the company...I have reached out several times to the suggested email. I keep getting the same message...it will be here next week. I have neither received the item or my return. I have little faith in the response. I would like results, not promises.
January 16, 2025...I received the following email from the company. The only problem is, I have received similar emails previously, profusely apologizing ...still NO item delivered or refund: A shipment from order #13577 is in transit

So...when can I expect this item?? I advised the company I would not click on any link they sent me, as I have lost all faith that this is a reputable company. I just want them to tell me when I'll receive the item or get my refund...simple request
1/18/25: After much back and forth, reaching out to customer service several time and making some complaints, I received the item I ordered on December 4th yesterday.
