DO NOT ORDER

along with others DO NOT ORDER THIS PILLOW! Wish I had dug deeper for reviews before purchase. Nothing like advertised! flimsy & flat as a pancake should be part of the description & a side note of it'll take weeks to be delivered should be included. I haven't actually slept on it yet but cannot imagine something so poorly made will help at all. IF my husband or I get any relief I will change my review but I wouldn't count on it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The reviews on their website cannot be reflective of the situation as people do not say they have not received their order but on trust pilot people state they have not received them. I also as previous people have written would review with no stars if possible. It has been saying for days and days delivery in 1-5 days. Please reach out to our customer service department! Rubbish. I’ve reached out 4 times to hear that I should contact the courier department and somehow make it appear. This is a scam and legal action should be taken. They are taking money and not delivering. Send me my order now as you have had my money and provided no pillow!!! How to we put our reviews on their website to save others from wasting their money!!!

This company claims they are in the USA…

This company claims they are in the USA but their products are shipped from China. I ordered an item with plenty of time to ship and be here before the holidays. Then, I received tracking that was through a Chinese shipping company. When I complained that this would not arrive on time and why it wasn’t warned on their site it may not arrive before the holidays like most American companies do, their response was the following: “We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your order. The product was shipped from China because, due to high demand during this time of year, our factory in the United States did not have stock available. We are doing everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. We understand your concern and want to make sure you receive the updated tracking information” I still have not received up to date tracking even though i got an email saying it was in the States. After reading other reviews, it’s clear it was a lie. Don’t buy from this company. A illegitimate company should provide tracking information especially when you spend $100 plus from their site.

My experience has been shocking so my suggestion is read my review why and buy from a different company.

Think twice before buying from this company. I placed the order and the pillow took weeks to arrive (the reason why will be explained shortly). Unfortunately the pillow doesn't work for me as a side sleeper and it gave my ears bruising as its so hard, it is very different to the pillows shown on the website unfortunately. As such I contacted customer service to return the pillow and its at this point I find out that I have to pay to return the pillow to China which was not economically viable to do. Really think about whether to buy off this company as sadly its one of the worst purchases that I have made. Following on from the reply made to me by Pillow Home after my Trustpilot review I as requested contacted Pillow Home's (Non) Customer Service team and they said the responsibility for returning an item is down to the customer - no where in their returns policy did it state the return was to be sent back to China. A Really Poor product and Customer Service that doesn't care once a sale of a inferior product is made.

Don’t waste your money

If I could give NO stars I would. This is a scam company. The pillow is nothing like the picture. Flat as a pancake. They advertise 90 day return, but they fail to say that you pay the shipping back to CHINA. What is the point? Very unethical company

Finally relief for my neck pain

I’ve been sleeping with pain in my neck for years and this is the first pillow that actually helps to curb the pain. I am predominantly a side sleeper and the way my shoulder fits comfortably under the front with little or no pressure and lets my arm lie naturally at the side of the pillow. I’m ecstatic with this pillow!!

Don’t Waste Your Time

I ordered the Cozy Rest pillow in November as a Christmas gift and it never came. I reached out in December to ask them to cancel the order since I knew it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas and I had found almost the exact same one on Amazon. Not only was I told the order wouldn’t be cancelled, but I was also sent a tracking link for someone else’s order, which does not instil confidence in me. I’ve now been sent an email asking me to rate a pillow that may or may not ever come.

Never received product and never received a refund

I ordered a pillow from this Chinese company from their website on December 6th 2024 and as of December 31st, have yet to receive the order. They said they lost it and I asked for cancellation and a refund and days later they said they couldn't as it had shipped. Don't be fooled, this is a mainland Chinese Company with some PO Box in New Mexico. Do NOT order from these people.

Not as advertised, too expensive

Uncomfortable pillow and complete waste of money. Went back to my old pillow which was about 15 dollars compared to the 79 dollars paid for this one. It has a different shape to what is advertised on the website. Buyers beware of this scam business.

This company lies and deceives

This company lies and deceives. Their website states a 90-day money back guarantee. Their website also states their address to be located in New Mexico. However, not only does the customer have to pay for the cost of shipping the return, the return is required to be sent to CHINA. The cost of that shipping far accedes the cost of the product you are buying. This company should be taken down for its lying and deceptive illegal scam marketing.

I ordered a pillow costing $79.00 on…

I ordered a pillow costing $79.00 on December 8th. The item was never delivered. When I contact the company about it, I get the same response over and over and over....stating it will be there next week. Several 'next weeks' have come and gone. I then requested to be refunded. I am no longer interested in when it will be delivered, which I suspect is never, I just want a refund. My many requests have gone unanswered, except for the usual, it will be here next week. The company is deceitful, does not explain people are ordering the item that is half way around the world, will not get the item on time...if at all...and will not answer requests about returns or being reimbursed. Don't do what I did...stay away from ordering from this company. December 31st...still no package, still no response from the company in regard to a reimbursement for my $79. 1/3/25...as for the response from the company...I have reached out several times to the suggested email. I keep getting the same message...it will be here next week. I have neither received the item or my return. I have little faith in the response. I would like results, not promises. January 16, 2025...I received the following email from the company. The only problem is, I have received similar emails previously, profusely apologizing ...still NO item delivered or refund: A shipment from order #13577 is in transit Inbox Order from parcelpanel.com Tracking number YT2500921403050162 Order number 13577 The Pillow Home Unsubscribe Thu, Jan 9, 9:36 PM (7 days ago) to me The Pillow Home Your order is in transit 🚚 Hi Margaret, your order has been dispatched and is now in transit. I advised the company I would not click on any link they sent me, as I have lost all faith that this is a reputable company. I just want them to tell me when I'll receive the item or get my refund...simple request 1/18/25: After much back and forth, reaching out to customer service several time and making some complaints, I received the item I ordered on December 4th yesterday.

The pillow delivers on its basic promise!

The pillow delivered a comfortable sleeping experience from first night onwards. It provided support for side-sleeping if/when I found the right position for my head and shoulders. Unfortunately, the product arrived with no documentation to address this issue. Nonetheless, the architecture of the pillow fulfills the basic mission of providing a good night's sleep. However .. I was dismayed by the disparity between four additional product features promised on the company's website and the reality of the product when I unpacked it. For example: the website states “The pillow features a removable, washable cover that keeps it fresh. Simply unzip the cover, wash it, and enjoy a clean, comfortable sleep every night.” I tried to unzip the washable cover, but could not remove it. I complained to customer support. They promptly replied via email that before removing the washable case, I had to disconnect two plastic rivets that ran through the heart of the pillow. There was no documentation about this in the box. But they did email me the detailed six-step procedure to disconnect the rivets.

Zero trust their products

Paid an extra $5 for fast shipping. Still waiting for delivery weeks later. No phone number for customer service. Emailed them and days later got a reply that did not address any of my questions. The pillow was shipped from overseas so who knows where it is made. Now I have zero trust in the company or the health claims they make regarding their products.

Disappointing Experience with The Pillow Home: Poor Design and Frustrating Returns

I ordered a pillow from The Pillow Home, but the experience was disappointing. Delivery took almost a month, and the pillow itself didn’t meet my expectations—it’s way too flat, leaving my head tilted back uncomfortably when lying on it. The return process with The Pillow Home is even worse. I have to ship it back to China, and they don’t even provide a printable waybill. Honestly, save yourself the hassle. You can find the same pillows on Amazon or other marketplaces for cheaper, with faster and more reliable shipping than The Pillow Home.
