I will be reporting this company, as it is fraudulent. I have been waiting almost a month for my order and there is still no movement in tracking updates. All it says is that the package is received, but has been saying that for 2 weeks. There is no valid customer support and you will not hear back from their “support email”. I don’t even know where it’s shipping from, the address seems to be a random small post convenient shop called One Stop Shop off the highway in New Mexico, although prior reviews say it’s coming from China. I contacted several times for a refund, but I’ll have to contact my bank to dispute this. Complete and utter waste of money. I should have looked at reviews beforehand, their Instagram account doesn’t even look real with false advertisements and low quality product images. They also delete any negative comment on Instagram. The majority of reviews here all adhere to the same issue, the positive ones might as well be bots, paid, or made up by the company. It seems they only respond here with information when under hot water and that’s when they give you an update with a lame excuse. Even then, the item is reviewed as poor quality. I also see that they’ve been scrambling to give copy pasted responses to negative reviews for the past hour. Don’t waste your money or time. I am owed a refund. Extremely poor and non existent service. Whatever it claims to be needs to be closed or taken down. How are you not scamming if you have a multitude of reviews claiming that the item has not shipped for a long period of time, we don’t know where it’s coming from, the product is poor quality, the return process is impossible, there’s no direct customer service, refunds are not guaranteed, and the list can go on? Answer that, not an automated response.

Very disappointing experience. Purchased a Black wall pillow and received a grey one. Was told that was what they sell as black. Very misleading company and will never shop with them again.

The very first night using the pillow, I felt a complete sleep and well rested in the morning! I can flip it over to prop up in bed to read and sometimes I sleep on my stomach, and the pillow still offered excellent sleep!

What a difference a pillow makes - it is worth a short wait. When I realised this pillow was coming from abroad, I nearly gave up on it arriving. Like many I have had some bad experiences of buying things internationally. It’s nearly Christmas and could have arrived quicker, however in truth all of that is offset by the fact we can now both comfortably sit up in bed across the entire top of a Super Kingsized bed! I would therefore highly recommend them to others especially where you both like to sit up in bed to read, watch tv or whatever.

As someone who’s very sensitive to pillow texture and firmness, I’ve always had a hard time finding something that works for me. This pillow has been the perfect solution. The cover is incredibly soft and hypoallergenic, and the support adjusts beautifully to my head and neck. It doesn’t flatten out like other pillows, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall sleep quality. It’s a must-have for sensitive sleepers!

A complete scam, received product did not match the video ad at all. Asking for refund, telling me i need to pay shipping to china. Contacting the BBB and my credit card company to dispute this charge. 100% deceptive practices

It took some getting used to. but after trying it off and on. find myself forgetting about it not being my regular pillow as it’s been the one I sleep on all the time now . Expensive. But great quality.

HUGE SCAM!! Tge owner of this shady SCAM business is Lovette Dobson. The owner is a fraudster who has many different llc's to create new businesses to misrepresent pure trash to steal everyone's money. Most recently, Lovette Dobson is selling terrible quality pillows which you can get far better quality of the very same pillows on Amazon for the third of the price. And these trash pillows are made in China and shipped from China. And sold at over three times more than the far better pillows on Amazon. Also, the "date" that you are promised to have the pillow "delivered" is a complete lie. It will take months and months for the pillow to arrive. And when it does arrive, it's a flat, horrible condition pillow with lint and loose threads. And when you request a return and refund, you'll be charged to return it all the way back to China! Do not, do not fall for this scam and do not purchase from this low-down scam business !! I'll also be posting several reviews on ripp off report dot com, because I know the business owner is going to: 1. Attempt to have this review removed or hidden 2. Will post some B.S. "reply" here, which means absolutely nothing. Important, Helpful Tip to other victims : If you also fell victim to purchasing this scam pillow, do not bother with "customer service ". Customer Service is nothing but a bad joke and you're guaranteed to get no help. Simply call your bank and file a Chargeback immediately. File a Chargeback and you'll be refunded in full by your bank. And don't bother with that trap of being forced to spend hundreds of dollars out of your pocket to ship it back to China for a refund you'll never receive. Update: In support of my Review and the absolute accuracy of my Review (And every 1-Star Review by every other victim ) here is proof: As I stated, this scam business has posted a completely B.S. "reply" that is basically the same as all of the other replies to all of the other 1-Star Reviews. So, you mean to tell me that there was a shipping problem with each and every order? Of course there is! The shytt quality pillows are shipped from an insect-infested hole in the wall room in China. Bottom line : If you purchased anything from this scammer, simply call your bank, tell your bank it was unauthorized, and file for a refund.

I ordered a pillow and decided against it immediately after. Since the purchase confirmation does not come with any type of cancellation option, I decided to reach out via e-mail. They waited THREE days to answer and by the time they did, the pillow had shipped a day before. They also refuse to send me a return label, so as a person living in Germany, I will have to pay for the shipping costs back to them (which will probably be in the realm of 30 Euros). On top of that, the shipment has failed at this point, so I don’t even know when it is going to arrive. Literally robbed me of my money. Stay away from these frauds.

Whoever designed this pillow clearly understands the science of sleep. The ergonomic shape supports the natural curve of my neck, preventing any strain while I sleep. This is by far the best investment I’ve made for my overall well-being.

When I tried the pillow for the first time. I had an awesome night sleep. No stiffness in my neck, No numbness in my fingers. Being a side sleeper, I'd get numbness in my hands and my neck would sweat from the heat from my pillow. Now, no numbness, no stiffness, no sweat from my neck.
