BUYER BEWARE Wanted to return for a full refund as stated on their website only to find I have to paying shopping to CHINA! The cost of the rock hard pillow!!

I ordered 2 pillows plus covers and after one week and a half I have no information on the delivery of my order. I sent 2 private messages on Facebook, one comment on the post and one email to the customer support with no answer. I am based in Czech Republic and if the delivery would be from Germany there is no explanation on why the delivery takes so long. I assume it's coming from China but until now I have no answer from the company.

2 months on and I still rate this pillow at 5 stars. My only complaint was that there were no spare pillowcases available - now solved by Pillowhome with a pair of close fitting silk pillowcases. Very comfortable. I look forward to going to bed every night and feeling the delight of the curiously named CozyRest neck pillow.

This pillow might work for some people. It did not work for me because I move around too much at night. I tried it for three weeks and every time my head left the groove in the middle it woke me up. I do think it's a viable pillow if you stay still. My major issue is with the return policy. I took a risk, because it stated 90 day no questions asked return. If you buy this pillow do NOT expect to be able to return it. They will give you a shipping address in China where the cost to return it will exceed the cost of buying the pillow.

The pillow gave me neck pain. I contacted the customer service to return it after one day, they provided me with an address in China, although the Paket was sent to me from within Germany. Of course the cost for sending it back were comparable to its original price so I did not send it to china. When I complaint to the customer service of why they didn’t disclose the return address on their website, they said they have their warehouse in China and it’s different that the company location. Since you agree on their return policy when buying the product, you can’t do much about it other than warning other people not to fall for the same trap

I could not get comfortable and would toss and turn during the night. This pillow is perfect. I sleep like the dead and wake up refreshed. The height is perfect and my neck is no longer at an impossible angle.

Ordered a pillow from The Pillow Store because the pillow description and pictures seemed like it would help the neck pain I’ve been having. Once I received the pillow it was nothing like described. It was thin, not very supportive or comfortable. It looked and felt like it was not a $75 pillow. I reached out to return it and they said I could do so but I would have to pay return shipping. Ok… but did not know it needed to get returned to China! The site address says they are in New Mexico. It would cost me almost $40 to ship back and then net out $35 on the refund. Very misleading. They must know very few people would pay that much to ship a return. Very misleading and underhanded. Stay away! Not worth the time. There are many other better options. I’m donating or tossing this one.

They never delivered the pillow and every email they kept telling me 3 to 5 days. It's now been over a month with no resolutions. As such, I have contacted the fraud department at my bank and am pressing charges for fraud.

Product never received. Going through the process of getting a refund. Absolute trash customer service. Do not buy from this company. It took 3 days for that response. That shows u garbage B! You lost a customer for life. I started with 1 pillow. Who only needs 1 pillow? And this how you start. I dont need to pay for shipping to return this piece of trash to only maybe get my money back. Your stupid, just sayin, not only will i never buy a product from you, everytime i see your add im gunna give it thumbs down. You suck.com

It took some time getting used to but my neck does not hurt in the morning like it used to.

I have enjoyed the pillow. I like the way how it's diversify to use one way or the flip side and a place for your arm

ThePillowHome.com is a scam and will steal from you. Be warned I did not receive what I ordered and they will only refund me partially for returning what I did not receive. I am at a loss of how to return something I never received. Be warned. Update 2/2/25…. I received the pillow cases I ordered. Still only received one pillow. I sent an email to customer service and was told my order was delivered. I like that they posted on here that I should reach out. I did. I emailed customer service several times. Still don’t have my order, still poor communication, still no refund for the items not shipped/received. To Pillow Home… You claim you want to have the opportunity to fix the issue. You do. I have contacted your customer service many times both directly and through PayPal.

Great pillow to keep your neck straight. Both facing up or side.
