I wanted a headboard for my teenage daughter's bed but struggled to find one I liked - then I saw these wedge pillows. I checked Trustpilot first, saw they had 4+ stars, and went ahead and ordered. I became a little concerned when I saw the package was coming from China (the website gives the impression it's an American company), and when I checked Trustpilot again I was very worried to see their ratings had dropped to 3+ stars, with lots of bad recent reviews. I wasn't sure what, if anything I was going to receive. I did get emails keeping me updated on my order, but the tracking number didn't work, which didn't help my confidence levels. My package took three weeks to arrive, which seems reasonable. It was worryingly small when I picked it up, but was just very tightly packed. The cushion seems to be of decent quality (though possibly not worth the price tag) and my daughter is happy with it (I haven't tried it though so no feedback on comfort). It looks nice on her bed, it is exactly 1 m long, and the covers are removable (although I haven't washed them yet). Wanted to add a slightly more positive review in case anyone is anxiously awaiting their order like I was.

Its a great pillow. Although it should be a little bit bigger on the sides. Lets say around 5cm each side. I have a shoulder pain. It is reduced,but still there. I hope that it will be away in a few months.

Scam. 5 star reviews are definitely posted by the company… Ordered from this business and have been getting delayed shipping for weeks. A ‘representative’ finally replied by email offering to either refund or resend the package which allegedly had a shipping issue. I asked for the refund, was not responded to, and they sent new tracking info. Again, the new tracking info is not moving. Not sure if this business intends to delay and send a Temu item or something, or maybe they're just never gonna send it at all. But definitely do NOT buy here.

This pillow saved me. I went from tossing and turning all night to sleeping through till morning. My neck pain is gone, and I can finally sleep comfortably. Highly recommend!

pillows have this defect , white stiching on only 2 of pillows buttons , i sent an email but was told its suppsoed to be that way , Why only 2 of 4 buttons? it looks like a mistake.

After more than 6 weeks the pillow has still not arrived. Support sent a tracking number with a carrier, but the parcel has apparently never been received by the carrier. I am starting to suspect that the pillow will probably never arrive…. Dialogue with support has not helped.

Whoever is reading this before deciding on whether to purchase anything from this website. Please be aware that this company is fraudulent! I placed an order a month ago with them and still haven’t received my product. I reported them already to my bank and to the Trading Standards. BEAWARE BEWARE DONT BUY DONT BUY

Order was never delivered. Delivery company confirmed that there was some problem with delivery and that the package has been returned to sender without ever reaching me. Exchanged several emails with pilowhome but when it was confirmed that the package was returned to them and I asked for a refund, they stopped replying.

I took a chance buying this as sometimes the hype is not real. This is real…. These pillows are so comfortable. I’m a side and back sleeper. I highly recommend.

Hi, I order the following item from The Pillow Home CozyRest® Memory Foam Neck Pillow × 1 €73,95 a month ago . I emailed the company twice that I havent received my order #6123 yet , but got no response until today. I asked for a refund since I didnt received my pillow and yet have not got refunded. I dont know how can I get my money back from them scammers . Any advise Nadia

Poor quality, the product is far from what the website and pictures describes, I received the goods from China, wrapped in a ricebag!! No forms for return, the quality of the fabric is totally different from what the show on the website.

Very expensive pillow compared to other companies, however I still ordered (unfortunately) on October 3 2024. My order took longer for delivery than I expected. When the pillow finally arrived the company had sent a grey pillow instead of the black I ordered. Despite many emails and promises by the company to address the issue, to date nothing has been actioned. So after spending $227 (AUD) I am left with a disjointed look .... a black lounge seat and a grey back cushion!!! Edited 16.12.24 After leaving the first review on here, the Company contacted me to say they were sending a new (Black) pillow out to me. They asked me to remove my review. What I received was a pillow case and buttons, which I assume I was required to sew into place. Sadly, the replacement pillow case was also... GREY! I contacted them immediately on 12.12.24 (with a photo) and to date have not had acknowledgement of my email.

Purchased 2 pillows, had to wait a little longer than expected for delivery but got a speedy response from the customer services team and pillows arrived soon after (pillows were already in transit when I enquired. Lovely pillows and good service

failed to deliver goods! waited 3+ weeks ! kept giving excuses for the 'hold up' tracking said delivery was attempted at 5.26 am - utter rubbish! unable to contact courier - phone number does not take messages only name states: 4px got to be a 'scam'. reported them to klarna! avoid this company like the plague!

Not as advertised. The pillow is segnificantly smaller then what they advertise on YouTube and social media. Its flatter and the corners are smaller and shorter then on the advertising. Very disappointing. Overall its just another ok foam pillow.

Website lists a USA address. I purchased a pillow for neck pain. It is too big and bulky to comfortably use to sleep. I requested a refund and was emailed that I would have to return the pillow to China. Based on other's experiences that just puts you out more money for shipping it back and not getting your money refunded.
