the first night using it was a bit weird. But After using it for 2 weeks now my sleeping posture is way better and I wake up with less neck issues. It will make you adjust to a new way of sleeping. I feel much more alert when I wake up and with way less neck pains.

This pillow has changed my life ! My neck no longer hurts, that means I am so much happier and capable to deal with daily life instead of being in pain and grumpy all day. I Just received this pillow it is shipped rolled up and is quite small , the gap for placing your arm in the side is irrelevant because the pillow is very small, also has a chemical smell which is a concern, not as advertised, very disappointed.

I had neck surgery last year and couldn’t find a pillow that didn’t worsen the pain – until this one. It supports me perfectly without putting pressure on my healing neck. I’ve been using it every night for months now, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it.

I've tried countless pillows over the years, and this one is by far best. The support it provides for my neck and shoulders is incredible. My sleep quality has improved soc much that I don't even want to travel without it now.

I originally bought this pillow because of neck pain, but I've found it's also amazing for propping me up when I'm reading or watching TV in bed. It provides the perfect amount of support, and the memory foam is so comfortable.

I've been on the hunt for a good pillow for years. Most pillows either go flat or don't support my neck properly. This one is a whole difference experience. The memory foam adapts to my head and neck, and the butterfly design really helps keep my spine aligned. Waking up pain-free has been life-changing.

They tried to remove my review... When shipped they provided a product tracking number for YunExpress, a chinese package forwarding company with terrible reviews. I was lucky as I ordered on Dec 11th the cozy rest pillow was shipped from China to the Netherlands, and I received on Dec 20th. No receipt or invoice included inside the rolled up package. I immediately removed the pillowcase to wash it (no labels or care guidelines on the pillow). The memory foam had a strong chemical smell which does not go away easily. Their FAQs and adverts reported their products as OEKO-TEX approved (free from any harmful chemicals or strong smells), but as it's manufactured in China where regulations are not as strict as Europe, so who knows what chemicals are involved in the production. There's no information on what materials the pillow is made from or any product labelling on the pillowcase to advise of washing instructions. Pictures on their website advertise the CozyRest Neck Pillow as having won an IF Design Award in 2022, made from materials accredited & certified by CertiPUR-US. I checked the online directory of the official companys website and found no mention of this pillow. They display 5 star reviews from magazines like: Forbes, Better Homes & Gardens, Well+Good, Harper's Bazaar. Checking the official websites, there's no mention of this pillow anywhere, and the quotes if searched on Google only show results to The Pillow Home's website. Deceptive false advertising practices. A further point mentions this is the only pillow that has been "clinically validated & designed by chiropractors", but again no real evidence or names of doctors to back this claim up which is disappointing and misleading. The website suggests you can try the pillow out for up to 90 days and if during this period you're not satisfied for ANY reason you can return it, get a full refund, without being required to explain why. In reality, reading the refund policy shows this is not the case. 'To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of the return will be paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.' The contact address according to their website is listed in New Mexico, USA. On their email newsletter it is Berlin, Germany, and if you want to return your package they give you an address of Ningbo, China. So it's a Chinese business/person posing as a reputable American business. Scam, deceptive marketing, false advertising, and ultimately, a poor product. EDIT: TIP for reviewers... when the Pillow Home sends their standard complaint template to your review like mine, check your email (and junk folder) for an email from Trustpilot to add further details, otherwise your review may be removed by them!

Absolute scam! I paid $100+ for a pillow to arrive with drool stains already on it and to make matters worse, the zipper broke immediately upon trying to remove the cover. The positive reviews are clearly fake. Do not waste your money!! This garbage pillow is better off in the trash and I will make sure to spread the word about this terrible company

The pillow does exactly what they say. It takes time to get use to it. The only thing I’d say it’s a little hard and the silk pillow case is quite big. Overall it’s a pretty good pillow.

Took just under a month to arrive and I purchased before I read some of the negative reviews; most of which led me to believe the lux wedge bed headboard pillow would never arrive. BUT it did! It was firmly and tidily packaged to avoid damage, which was good. I think website should have been clearer that delivery would be from Mexico to the U.K. I love it and really thrilled I brought it because my bed had metal rails as headboard and normal pillows sunk through the gaps! There are a lot of negative reviews on this site, and I was more or less expecting trouble with Pillow Home--the prohibitive cost of returns (shipment back to China) was a real concern. But my pillow was delivered (16 days from order to arrival) and is exactly as advertised, so the company came through in this case.

I should’ve read the reviews like everybody else. All the other positive reviews on here are clearly fake. This company is just a scam, if you wanna return it good luck! 90 day "guarantee" is a joke - read closely, item needs to be an unused condition! Yes for real. And ship it back to China, despite them saying their address is in New Mexico (note look closely their phone number is in china).

Talk about a MISTAKE! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD! THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH! PILLOW IS NOT AS ADVERTISED! I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR A REFUND INSTEAD THEY SEND ANOTHER PILLOW! WHEN I FINALLY GOT THEM TO REALIZE I DONT WANT THE ITEM & I WANT TO SHIP IT BACK THEY GAVE ME A CHINA ADDRESS. THEY BASICALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. SCAM SCAM SCAM. OH ONE MORE THING SCAM!

I had the same experience as all these other 1-star reviewers--pillow reeked of chemicals, was stiff and did not have a zippable cover, and was overall poor quality. When I requested a refund, they said I had to pay return shipping to their warehouse in China. I'm going through Paypal resolution process to hopefully get a refund.

I bought this pillow with the idea I could return it after 90 days as it says on their website. After a couple nights it wasnt to my liking and I requested a return authorization. They said I could only return it if I shipped it back to China with tracking. They dont have a domestic return warehouse. So the cost to ship it back to China with insurance is almost the cost of the pillow. I think this is false advertising- I WOULDNT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
