I suffer from a neck injury and my everyday pillows were aggravating my injury so much I'm in physical therapy. My husband bought your pillow and I must say it has helped alleviate my pain and gives me an excellent night's sleep.

Good support but a little too firm for me. I wish the memory foam was more flexible and softer.

Sketchy Chinese company - products not as shown on the website. Pillow smells like pure chemicals, utterly unusable and not like the pictures. Have reported to Better Business Bureau. Buy only if you like wasting your money 🤣 also there are good substitutes on Amazon I found after this debacle!

I am overwhelmed with how much this pillow has helped me . I used to have 3 to 4 migraines a week.I've had one migraine in four weeks and I have never slept better. Don't hesitate buy this pillow.I promise you won't be disappointed.It really does do what it is advertised to do.

Absolute scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Nothing like the images, very bad quality and smells like chemicals. I can’t believe how much they charge for something not deserving of being sold for even $10. Very disappointing. I hope this message stops someone from being scammed like I wish I had.

Honestly, I was a bit scared.. but when I tried it was love at first sleep hehe I move so much and have so much sleep positions that was hard for me to get comfortable, but this pillow can covered all of my moves!

Definitely a scam company. Pictures do not show the product you get. Customer service ? There is non. I wanted to return my product and received a mail that I should return it to a postal address in China paying the return cost myself.

I was flagged by this Chinese company stating the truth about their product being garbage and should be priced under $10. This company uses good marketing to deceive its purchasing customer. The product is super flat and when you lay your head on it, you will feel the floor because of it being so thin. Save your money, I lost my $80 buying this scam, save your money before it’s too late. Also you know it’s a scam from all the AI reviews that give 5-stars after every bad review. Such a scam.

100% Scam!!!! First, the quality of the pillow was a joke. The website is very deceiving as the 90-day money back guarantee (no questions asked) is also not true. The phone number listed is not in operation. If you copy the listed New Mexico address and paste into Google Earth, you can see there is no such business at this address. We received the instructions for returning and I repackaged the pillow. When I went to the UPS Store, I was told the least expensive shipping option is $576.00. In other words, you are not getting a refund of $79.00 is it costs $576 to return. Very creative scam! Our next step is contesting the charges with our bank and I have already initiated written complains with YouTube where this product is advertised . Chances are all of this business is conducted in the People’s Republic of Communist China. I have reached out to the three organizations which The Home Pillow claims to have earned awards and/or certifications. They are CertiPUR-US, Users Choice 2024 and IF Design Award. While I have already reach out to all three organizations individually and awaiting a response, these too look to be fraudulent claims.

Yes= pillows are comfortable, i dont get neck pain anymore.10/10. They are a bit 'low', compared to a normal pillow but then again, pillows are made for SLEEPING. Quality is decent too

I bought a pillow from this awful company on December the 15th thinking it was a UK delivery. Their website is very deceptive and offers a 90 day money back guarantee. Don’t fall for it. They are China based and don’t offer anything as their customer service is crap. On the 15th of December I emailed and asked them to swap the pillow for a different colour as I did not realise the colour I had ordered was too dark. I was assured via email that this would happen. I emailed again on the 18th and was told that they had definitely changed the e colour. The pillow finally arrived on the 3rd of January. The colour was still the same no change. I emailed to be fobbed of with an email that offered no solution. They have pillow covers that I would have been happy as a resolution. Not only that I emailed with screenshots of all the correspondence emails between myself and them only to have no response. They are avoiding me.

OMG I knew the purchase of this funky looking marshmallow pillow would be good but extremely good WOW what it said it would do it does it actually goes off the richter scale!
