I bought a pillow from this awful company on December the 15th thinking it was a UK delivery. Their website is very deceptive and offers a 90 day money back guarantee. Don’t fall for it. They are China based and don’t offer anything as their customer service is crap. On the 15th of December I emailed and asked them to swap the pillow for a different colour as I did not realise the colour I had ordered was too dark. I was assured via email that this would happen. I emailed again on the 18th and was told that they had definitely changed the e colour. The pillow finally arrived on the 3rd of January. The colour was still the same no change. I emailed to be fobbed of with an email that offered no solution. They have pillow covers that I would have been happy as a resolution. Not only that I emailed with screenshots of all the correspondence emails between myself and them only to have no response. They are avoiding me.
