Oh my goodness ! Why did I not read all of the reviews on trustpilot before purchasing from The Pillow Home !!! I have had an absolute ongoing stressful nightmare with this company. My original order was delivered to USA instead of the UK, I then cancelled my order as it would not arrive in the required time frame , but the company refused to cancel and refund me and despatched another order. I informed them that I would refuse this delivery if it actually arrived ! Amazingly to my complete surprise they managed to get my address and country of residence correct , but I refused the attempted delivery and asked the courier to ‘return to sender’. They then emailed me instructing me to pick the product up from the parcel depot. They will not give up and will simply not acknowledge all of my communication with them and it’s all due to their error . I wish to cancel my order and not pay £104 for something which I have not received. I will not be accepting this outcome and seeking further advice at the moment (watch this space ) .

Complete fraud. They sent some pillow that looks nothing like the picture and its reeks of chemicals. I tried contacting them but I don’t see myself getting a refund. Will never order anything from china again.

Have not yet received my package. Been waiting for 5 weeks now. The tracking just stopped. No information. No response on my several attempts to get more information. Do not buy from this site.

Never received pillow. UPS dropped off who knows where. This company put it on me to figure it out. Poor customer service. Paid for product that I never got. I would be aware of purchasing from this company.

UPDATE: I sent the Pillow Home a response to customer service in mid-Feb.since my initial order and review.....no-response and STILL NO PILLOW and cases. A second chance?? Do not spend money with this company!! I have a bonafide order...and shipping info. BTW from China. I have a shipment tracking correspondence...but no product. Tracking says it has arrived in my home town on Jan 30,2025 but the activity keeps saying forwarded and not delivered to my home. We should have checked out other reviews BEFORE WASTING our monies. FRAUD..no doubt. I received an email from The Pillow Home and I have replied to them..giving them a chance to make this right!

I usually experience numb hands every night, then throbbing. Since I bought my new pillow, I wake up with NO numbness or pain! Took a couple nights to get used to the flatter surface but after 2 weeks, I'm good

I ordered a pillow and never received it. Trying to communicate the pillow home and never receive a response. Just stuck in transit. Spent over $100 for this and never a response. Their adresse in NM is fake, they are in china and are scammers

The pillow looks a bit odd. But I'm having the best sleep ever. I stay asleep, I don't have a stiff neck and I'm not trying fluffing up my pillow to sleep on my side. The pillow works well on my side or on my back. I wish I had found this pillow sooner! I highly recommend this pillow.

Awful pillow and awful company - do not believe the 90 day refund it is a scam as it cost you just as much as the pillow to send it back - it actually made my neck worse

definitely scam, pillow arrived in a ricebag, just like someone here wrote already. Mine had a cut and the pillow was dirty where the bag was cut. They said they would send me a new one. 2 month later nothing, no more replay to my mails. do not order anything here, the scam you. I have prove of all in pics and mails. 13.02.2025 And as I expected, the mail answer mail down below is prewritten. I did send many mails asking for the pillow you promised. Nothing, no reply, now you have my reply right here. Don't you think I waste any more time in writing an email to you. This is more effective and prevents people from being scammed by you.

I’ve struggled with neck pain for so long that I thought I’d never find relief. This pillow has been the solution I was looking for. It’s supportive without being too firm, and I can’t believe how much better I feel after just a few weeks of use.

I tend to overheat at night, and this pillow stays cool and breathable, even in the summer. It’s such a nice change from memory foam pillows that trap heat. I’ve been sleeping so much more comfortably since making the switch.

The pillow was a bit slow arriving, but exceeds my expectations in every way. I am sleeping better, with less pain, than I have in years! A++++
