Fears did not materialize
There are a lot of negative reviews on this site, and I was more or less expecting trouble with Pillow Home--the prohibitive cost of returns (shipment back to China) was a real concern. But my pillow was delivered (16 days from order to arrival) and is exactly as advertised, so the company came through in this case.
