Although it took quite a while for the pillow to be delivered as it was coming from China, the pillow itself it's brilliant. I suffer from really bad back pain and neck pain and this pillow has helped so much!! It keeps your neck supported and spine aligned. I find it really comfortable and pillow sheets also fit it too. Yes it is a bit pricey for just one pillow, however you can't put a price on a better night's sleep and reducing pain.
Thought it would be a lush big pillow at the price. I wouldn't pay $20 for this at the reject shop.
Much more comfortable side sleep. Less neck kink in the a.m. Flat side option is a bonus.
Buyer beware!!!! This company is a rip-off. The pillow has a strong chemical smell and doesn't resemble what is advertised so we wanted to return it. Our pillow shipped from an address in the USA, but they require you to return it to China which no one is likely to do. Instead, we will contest this charge with our VISA company and share this experience with our fellow Americans.
The time between ordering and arrival was as described on the website and the item looks and performs as described. There is a small hole in the cover of my large pillow, which doesn't detract from its use but is a bit frustrating given what was paid for the item. I am still awaiting the delivery of my 2nd pillow which is why I hadn't contacted the company to advise of this issue as yet. It felt like along time between ordering and delivery of the first pillow and this generated a nervousness that I may have been scammed...but the first item did arrive within the stated time scale so I cannot criticise this...it may be worth sending additional communications as the item makes its way to the customer, this would be reassuring for those who don't want to keep logging into the item tracking.

This company is a scam. You can report them to econsumer.gov Made the big mistake of buying one of these pillows because of an ad on YouTube. I was reassured knowing that I could return it with the 100-day guarantee. Got the pillow and not only is it very uncomfortable, it had a lot of fumes. Contacted their customer service and they gave me an address in China to send it back to and said I would need to pay for the shipping. Just got back from the post office and it's going to be over $100 to ship! This is definitely a scam....DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PILLOW.

I felt so stupid buying from this company before checking this website. Apparently the pillow and case came from China and the case as they claimed is silk. But what I received is just some cheap polyester material. And pillow is nothing like the photo they are selling. What we received is just some strong chemical smelly pillow of cheap material which I WILL NOT sleep on! Don't ever buy from them!!

Don’t buy from this company! The products looks totally different from what you have seen in their Ads. The quality is poor and if you decide to return it you will spend a fortune to ship it back to China. Absolutely disappointing experience.
companies return policy is bogus! The cost to return to china is more than the cost of the pillow. 90 day money back gaurauntee is usless. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP IT WHETHER IT WORKS FOR YOU OR NOT! Policy is munipulative to say the least. best to spend your money in the US rather than china! update 04/06 i spent $116 on the pillow, another 85 for the return. then they tried to make me pay the return duty to chinese customs, which there is no process in place to do so. in the end i had to dispute with visa and they did refund but only the $116. So....i reiterate DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU KNOW %100 THAT YOU WANT IT!

Order 25577. Do not purchase from this company. This is a scam, the item purchased was quite expensive and stated 3-7 days delivery. The item has still not arrived 30 days later. The customer services do respond to emails but I requested a refund before the order had been dispatched due to the amount of time it was taking and this was the response: "Thanks for reaching us. Due to overwhelming demand, we're out of stock! Orders placed now will ship on February 5th. Thank you for your patience!" I immediately replied stating again I wanted a refund and they didnt then reply until after it showed the item was dispatched. The item now shows "in transit" but still have not yet received it.
Have not yet received my package Trac No response on my several attempts to get more information. Do not buy from this site. Pillow Home, provide me with a phone.
Company’s 90 policy is stated however if you return the pillows they put you through a series of emails to even get the return started. Then they finally tell you that you have to return it back overseas. Since the customer is responsible for shipping this makes you spend more money then you thought to return.
