We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your item back to our warehouse. Please send us the tracking link and a picture of the return label so we can process it. Here is the return address where you need to send the package, once we receive it we will refund your money in 1-5 business days. State or Province:JIANGSU Country: CHINA The company address on website is (US): NM but it was shipped from China. The said free shipping. You have to pay for the return shipping to CHINA and that cost lots of money. Plus there was a foreign exchange fee applied to credit card. US to China. Have tried to get a quote to send back. Could only find US Postal service for $122.90. Pillow cost $75. Will be burning pillow. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pillow really makes a difference when it comes to sleeping and provides more comfort.

The pillow is very comfortable, offering versatility and options for your neck. Since using the pillow I have had better sleep, my neck is supported and I wake up with no neck pain and feeling more refreshed. I even bought one for my husband who also feels the same. My one point of improvement would be a better way of putting the cover on after it being washed. It puts a bit of strain on the both sides of the zipper. Thank you

This company is a scammer. The company address (US) is different from shipping address (China). The said free shipping and return on the advertisement but it’s only free shipping. You have to pay for the return and cost lots of money to ship to CHINA

The product wasn't as described or photographed at all. We purchased the wedge pillow with the aim of it being used as a head board (as displayed in photos). The pillow is very flimsy and couldn't be described as a wedge. It has no structure at all and is made of sub-par materials. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company.

Cozy Pillow - It looks good, but came in with a super strong smell of chemicals which took almost two weeks to wear off. It cradles my head and neck ok, but honestly I haven’t felt much of a difference in terms of neck pain. Way too expensive.

This is a total scam, they claim to have sent my pillow, not once, but twice !!! They won’t help me, they still haven’t sent the pillow and they won’t give me a refund!!! I REPEAT STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS TERRIBLE SCAM OF A COMPANY!! You will not get your money back and they won’t send you your product!!!!!!! EVER

ALL the negative reviews are TRUE! Ordered 1 set and they sent 2, they absolutely stink of chemicals, they are thin and are not comfortable. Emailed the company for a return, and received a slow reply, only to find out they must be shipped to CHINA! at my expense! Costing $600-$800 to ship to CHINA!

The pillow wasn't to my liking, which was fine. However, it smelled of chemicals. After sleeping on the pillow one night, I felt like my eyes received a chemical burn and I had a terrible headache all day. To receive a refund you need to mail it back to China, it costs more to ship than what I would get in a refund. I'm throwing the pillow in the garbage.

The pillow is too firm for me. I contacted customer service for the return and it turns out that I have to pay for the shipping cost to China.

My pillow arrived in packaging that was not optimal. It was twisted very badly. The order came about three weeks after I ordered it. which was not a problem for me. At first, the twisted shape,was the main thing that concerned me, so I decided to let it unfurl overnight. And this packaging is the reason that I have subtracted a star. As the day went by, there was a noticeable smell, and my eyes started to burn, for this reason I contacted pillow home.com and asked for a return. I was pleased to discover in my email that they had responded right away. With suggestions for improving the smell, which by morning was not a problem anymore. as well, the pillow had expanded nicely, though was not perfect. It was acceptable for my use. The pillow suits my needs so perfectly. I really want to make it work so I’m gonna give it a good try. I hope that pillow home.com wants to improve their customer service enough that they will respond to any concern promptly, so far my experience has been fine. I have had the pillow in my house for about seven days. All smell problems have abated. The pillow however, is not comfortable. I bought it for my recliner and if I use it there, my back hurts. I have tried using it elsewhere in my house, but it is not comfortable. It’s a shame because it’s really quite a beautiful product. The tailoring on the edge of the pillow is very wonderful. Mine is the wedge pillow shaped like a triangle. I’m going to try taking the insides out and seeing if I can fill it with something that would make it work if this doesn’t work, I suppose I will try to return it, but based on other reviews, I’m not expecting that too Work I will invest no more money in this pillow. I have already paid $100 for the pillow, I will not pay more to return it. I do feel like the website should be more honest about the problems, returning the pillow and hope consumers will check this website first before purchasing. I am not sure why this site keeps changing the date of my experience. I have corrected it many times and it is always wrong when I go in to look at it. I wrote about the pillow first on March 27. Today is April 1, and I am updating my entry.

I did a lot of procrastinating before deciding to buy this pillow. I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain upon waking, every morning for years and have tried many different pillows. None have provided any relief ... until now. I woke after my first night sleeping with this pillow and my pain had considerably improved. I couldn't believe it! Now, after a few weeks, my pain has almost disappeared. The CozyRest pillow provides so much support and is so comfortable to sleep on! And the Pillow Home Customer Service people have been very efficient in replying to my emails. I can thoroughly recommend the CozyRest pillow.

Two of three pillows arrived and were a succsess, but the third one was missing. After complaining The Pillow Home followed the case, answered my e-mails very quickly, returned the amount for the missing one, fixed the ordering system which suddenly did not function from Norway, the third one arrived quickly, the plastic was broken, the pillow had stains, The Pillow Home offered me a new pillow, but I managed to remove the stains. A long story which ended very well becaust The Pillow Home followed the case and showed they were a trustable firm.

Stinks of chemicals. Have washed the pillow case twice and soaked it in detergent. I’ve aired the pillow itself for a few days and it still is unbearable. The fact you have to ship back to China is a joke! Very unhappy and do not recommend! So much for guarantee. Very misleading marketing.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Item ordered i january. Package turned around in transit for unknown reason. Company ignores emails to cancel my order for 3 months without refunding. After I give bad reviews I get an email that they shipped the item again. 3 months later. When I do not want it. These people have zero respect for your time or money. Edit: very funny that their auto reply wants me to email them, when they dont reply to any of my other emails to the very same adress.

Do not trust this company!!! This pillow absolutely STINKS of harsh chemicals!!! It’s so synthetic this will make you sick. REPLY BELOW: You have no intention of helping me! You told me I must pay to send this item back to CHINA for a stinking chemical infested pillow. I have emailed you! Your service is rubbish. I was very sceptical about how good this pillow was. However since using it my shoulders do not feel as ‘scrunched up’as they used to after a nights sleep. I have got a neck injury and the pillow has helped me keep my head in a level position so I haven’t had any headaches lately. The only downside is that it smells very synthetic which made me sneeze a lot initially. I’d probably get another one as a spare.

clicking 'track my pillow' goes to website home page only. it shipped way so fast so it's likely not sustainable though I didn't see evidence or claims on that. There is a remaining stock counter to trick you to thinking it's on demand and limited. 10 last time and counting when I checked before purchasing ergonomic pillow. Went back to the product page some time later and it's at 20s. Very suspicious to need this counter at all if you can get ads + a unremarkable ig page, then to not have it sell out when it goes down quite fast. Waiting for a reply from support contact. My fault for not screening all this for myself beforehand but if they are not going to assist any time soon after I emailed support immediately, then I'll have to try to return it. We'll see how that goes. Made me send this first trustpilot review/account. This is very important as I purchased for someone I really care about, and I have yet to receive a reply despite it shipping immediately.

It's the most comfortable pillow I have owned in years.
