My neck pain is much better after only one week. Chiropractor visits also helped.

As a yoga instructor, I was alarmed when neck pain developed despite my knowledge of alignment. After trying five "orthopedic" pillows with minimal results, a fellow instructor recommended CozyRest. The difference was noticeable within days. The butterfly design supports the natural curve while accommodating side and back sleeping. After six weeks, my morning tension resolved completely, and I returned to my full yoga practice. The memory foam provides consistent support without overheating like other products. MASSIVE WARNING This product is horrible and the company even worse. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but after this experience I felt it was my duty – I do not understand how there could be positive reviews. This company is NOT Australian – it is from China. So, regarding their return policy you must send the item back to China. The pillow was horrible, so I returned it as per their instructions. It has been more than 4 months and after countless emails I have yet to receive my refund. So, I have paid for a pillow I no longer have, paid for the return and have not received my refund. My honest and strongest suggestion is stay well away from this company and don’t make the same mistake that I have made.

Ordered pillow and paid £63. Pillow arrived over 3 weeks later damaged. They made me pay £28 to return and I had to email them tracking details but I did not get a refund and no response to emails. Avoid.

Great pillow. Reduced time of falling a sleep! Takes time to get used to.

FRAUD!!! They advertised the pillow cases as 100% real mulberry silk but they’re actually made of poor quality Polyester. SCAMMERS!!! They’re still getting away with their scams, they ask you to send back the item before getting a refund but the shipping cost is on me. Not gonna do that!!! I want my freaking money back.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. Yep. Scam. They sent me a pillow with gashes out of the cheap crap it’s made of. Just overall sh*t quality. China made but a Mexican address on their website. That’s enough said. Instead of refunding me when I sent photos they sent me a new one. Which I haven’t even unwrapped. It’s been sitting for months while I try to get a refund. They want me to send back at my cost which is absolutely not happening. I’d rather donate. But I want my money back first from these scammers. I will make sure this company is reported. Close shop now scammers.

COMPLETE RIP OFF... This is a Chinese based company and not American as shown on website. Ordered a replacement cover for the wedge pillow I had bought previously as I wanted a change of colour. The button holes were too small to fit buttons through and to force them would tear the fabric. Also the matching buttons that were sent to match the new cover meant that the existing ones would have to be cut off and the new ones sewn in. 😂 Not fit for purpose. I have spent nearly £40 on a cheap piece of fabric and 8 buttons I cannot use. Contacted the company for a refund, and as mentioned in other reviews, this would mean posting back to China at MY cost with the hope of then getting my money back. Not worth it. Hoping other people read these reviews before purchasing as they only seem to pick out the 5* reviews to put on their website.

Swindlers. I ordered a pillow more than a month ago, and it has not even shipped yet. They ignore all my emails.

Scammers- they took 112€ and never sent the product, claimed there was an issue with my address but now don’t respond to emails. I made the order on 30 March and still waiting for it to be shipped. I have tried to call and it’s a fake number, however they answer emails if you’re pretending to buy something. Don’t use this company.

This is the umpteenth pillow I have bought! I've only used it for one night, but it felt heavenly!! I slept through instead of waking as usual and my neck felt much better. Up to now I'd say it's very good!

As someone who sleeps exclusively on my side, this pillow is a dream come true. It supports my neck and shoulders perfectly, and I’ve never felt better.
