I’m a hot sleeper, and most memory foam pillows make me sweat. Not this one. It stays cool throughout the night, and I can finally sleep comfortably without constantly flipping my pillow.

This pillow feels so luxurious – like something you’d find in a high-end hotel. It’s supportive, soft, and the perfect height for me. Plus, it was affordable compared to the countless others I’ve tried that didn’t work.

It took awhile to receive my pillow, however, when I laid my head down that night it was amazing. It made all the difference in the world for my neck pain. Cannot recommend this pillow enough. You won’t regret it.

I’m a restless sleeper, constantly switching positions, but this pillow supports me perfectly whether I’m on my back, side, or stomach. It’s like it adapts to me, and I wake up without any discomfort.

After years of trying different solutions, this pillow actually works. My mornings are no longer plagued with neck stiffness or pain, and I sleep so much better. I couldn’t be happier!

SERIOUSLY DODGY COMPANY. I LEFT A BAD REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IT IS NOT EVEN SHOWING. FALSE REVIEWS ONLINE. MY HUSBAND WANTED ME TO ORDER A PILLOW FOR HIS NECK, WHICH ACTUALLY MADE IT 10 TIMES WORSE. THEIR WEBSITE DOESN’T TELL YOU IT COMES FROM CHINA AND THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY NEARLY HALF THE COST TO RETURN THE PILLOW TO CHINA AND DO NOT GET REFUNDED THIS BACK - AND IT DOESN’T EVEN GET THERE, PROBABLY A NON EXISTENT ADDRESS. THANK GOD I USED PAYPAL AND THEY REFUNDED ME. AVOID THIS DODGY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, COMPLETE TAT! ONLY REFUNDED BY PAYAL ON 08.03.25 WHEN RETURNED ON 28.01.25 AND STILL NOT ARRIVED.

Firstly, 1 of the 2 items received was damage. I requested a refund. They requested pics of the damage in order to process the refund. I send the requested pics. Instead of acknowledging my refund request, they offered to replace the damaged product. I reiterated my refund request. At that point, they said I needed to return the items which I saw as no problem bc the website indicates they're located in New Mexico. The address to where they required I send the items in order to receive a refund is in China. The two ordered items totaled $190. The shipping to China for 1 of the 2 items is $370 and $710 via FedEx and UPS respectively. Their response to my email was to send me their return policy and they again ignored the real issue. Their return policy did not indicate products had to be shipped to China. I find this dishonest/deceptive at worst and conveniently incomplete info at best. I will say the person emailing me was courteous despite ignoring my initial l refund request and later not taking responsibility for non-disclosure of the location to which returns must be shipped.

I’ve tried so many pillows over the years, but this one is by far the best. It’s supportive without being too firm, and I can’t imagine sleeping without it now.

After months of struggling with neck pain, I finally decided to try this pillow. It has completely transformed my sleep. I wake up without stiffness or discomfort, and it cradles my head perfectly no matter how I sleep. Highly recommend it to anyone struggling with neck or shoulder pain.

There is no ability to cancel your order, the return policy is also a scam. I bought a pillow before finding out this is likely a dropshipping operation, and within 12 hours of my order I had contacted to cancel my order and got a reply after about 5 days, in which the pillow has already shipped. I've been told I have to pay to return the pillow, but even that I'm not really sure of, after all the reviews here sawing they don't even get their money back. Buyer beware, don't get scammed by this extremely shady business.

I can’t remember the last time I woke up without neck pain – until now. This pillow has been a lifesaver. It’s supportive without being too firm, and it keeps my head and neck in the perfect position all night.

Bought this knowing I had 90 days to try it out. First it does not look like the picture. Second the areas for your arms just doesn’t work very well. Decided to return it. Emailed. Found out they were in china! And i had to pay return shippping. It was going to cost me more to return it than it cost for the pillow. By a lot! Don’t buy from this company.

After trying dozens of pillows, I finally found one that actually works. My neck and back pain are gone, and I sleep through the night without waking up in discomfort. The design is so thoughtful.

The design of this pillow is brilliant. It’s supportive, comfortable, and even looks great on my bed. I’m so glad I bought it.

I was skeptical. I've tried a lot of pillows. I recently had a lot of issues with my spine being out of line. I was willing to try anything. I thought it would be hard to adjust to it's form. From the first night I slept better and woke up without pain. I'm really pleased with it.

What I love most about this pillow is how supportive it is without feeling too firm. It adapts to my head and neck while keeping everything aligned. The memory foam is just the right density, and the cover is so soft.

The company is a scam, do not buy anything from them. The information on the website was misleading and when I questioned that sending and email they didn’t answer anything useful, it was an automatic response. The pillow doesn’t look like in the pictures and it’s not possible to remove the cover as they promised. I bought a cover in different color but now it’s useless since it’s not possible to change the whole cover. If you want to return the pillow you have to pay for sending it to China. Not worth it since many people here has said they never even got the refund.
