Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Pillow arrived and does look like it's pictures, it is soft and is a real product but nowhere on their website does it say the pillow will be made in and shipped from China. The main problem is it absolutely REEKS of chemicals, I tried offgassing it in my garage for over 2 weeks and if anything the smell got worse. I've had no choice but to throw it in the bin as they don't do returns and I cannot have this disgusting product in my bedroom. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!

The pillows are the exact same pillows we received from another supplier at less than half the cost. They arrived smelling like chemicals but took longer to offgas than any mattress or pillow we've tried before. We attempted to return them but they require us to ship them to China in order to qualify for the 90 day money back guarantee. Do not trust this company and their dishonest presentation.

If you arent happy with your purchase, you can return it.... to China at your expense.... same cost as the refund... Dont trust them!

This company is a scam it seems. - 31st of January I ordered a luxury wedge pillow for my bed (116 euro). 20th of February I wrote them an email, to get an update ‘cause I didn’t receive my order 24th of February they replied, that they’d look into it, assuring me that their company was not a scam. Today, 3 weeks later, I still did not hear from them. Please, don’t purchase anything from that company! Dear pillow home, as stated above, I DID reach out to your customer service and got a reply that they’d look into it, but then I heard nothing! It’s been 3 weeks now since your customer service wrote back that you’d look into it.

My pillow never arrived. I contacted customer service and they ignored me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I lost $200+ dollars and got nothing from them. It might be a scam website.

I’ve tried countless pillows over the years, and nothing even comes close to this one. It’s supportive, soft, and keeps my neck perfectly aligned all night. Highly recommend!

I made an error in ordering pillow cases instead of pillows. I immediately tried to cancel the order. They replied that the order had already been packed and shipped, which could not have been possible in that time. The pillow cases were very poor quality. They said I had to send them back at my expense for a refund. They then refused the delivery, refused to refund and stopped responding to my communications. Update: I have emailed the company again, as requested by them in response to my review, and I have still not heard back a week later.

This pillow is so comfortable and supportive. It’s the perfect balance of soft and firm, and I love how it keeps me cool throughout the night. Highly recommend!

Pillow arrived with strong mildew order, tried washing slip cover, was unable to use. Have to ship to China to receive money back.

I ordered the Cozy Rest Pillow…. Do not buy this product, it’s hard, poorly made, the fabric cover slips on the bed and under your head, the arm rests are too small and it’s just not fit for purpose! I waited 3 weeks for mine, I was gutted as I had high hopes for it! Also the 90 day refund policy is a lie! They don’t accept a return or refund me! They should be ashamed of themselves 😢

This pillow is PERFECT - I love it

Hubby and I have been experiencing having crooked necks in the morning, hands numb, as we age these can be a problem, what a solution. wow what a relief these pillows have been.... loved them so much bought set for kids for anniversary gift as well . Would give them a 10 out of 5, went away for weekend and didn't take pillows, hubby shoulder was killing him by time we got home....

From the first night took away chronic neck pain!

"simply return it for a full refund" Well...please don't even bother 'trying' this pillow. If you do choose to use the 90 day return window you have to ship it to china at YOUR COST (for me it would be $470). I was a sucker...hoping to prevent others from also being suckered like me. UPDATE: they asked me to email them, I did, and they told me there was no other choice but to ship it to China. So, no resolution at all.

I usually go for softer pillows, but this one has just the right balance of softness and support. It cradles my head perfectly and keeps my neck aligned all night. I’m so happy I gave it a try.

Not only has this pillow improved my sleep, but it’s also helped with my posture during the day. I feel so much better overall. It’s incredible what the right pillow can do!

As a side sleeper, I’ve always struggled to find a pillow that doesn’t leave my neck sore. This one is perfect. The ergonomic design keeps my neck and shoulders aligned all night.
