The pillow smells like chemicals and the customer service is horrible. To get the money back guarantee they want me to mail the pillow back to CHINA!? I thought I was ordering something local. Don’t buy it.

This wedge is absolutely perfect. My pillows would fall between the mattress and headboard which made sleep extremely difficult. I tried this out and haven’t had a pillow fall between since. I would definitely recommend this if you’re having the same issue. I have a queen sized bed and I ordered the queen sized wedge, it fits perfectly. I love the pockets which can be added to each side. I use them to hold my many remotes. The wedge itself seems to be made from quality material. I love that the cover is zippered and can be removed to wash.

I purchased this for a loved one, and he has raved about it. It does exactly what it was ordered for, keeps the pillows from slipping through! The little bag for the remote is a great thoughtful bonus and being able to pull the cover off and place in the wash as need is perfection!

I like that it also has pockets on the sides for my remotes.

Ordered two pillows and still have not received them. It’s been two weeks. ETA from their “tracking” said I was supposed to get them 10 days ago. Debating calling Amex and filing a fraud claim. I don’t like the feeling I’m getting from this deal. They do a great job of bombarding you with “special offer” emails while you wait for your product to arrive. I get more than one of those a day, still no pillows. Don’t like the dishonesty around being a Chinese company and shipping from China direct.

The pillow helps me with neck pain

Ordered 100% silk pillow cases. As advertised on their website. Unfortunately received pillowcases made of cheap polyester, so cheap that the thread was broken and they ripped within one week of being on the bed. The website states free returns, which is also illegal as they aren’t free - you have to self fund getting them shipped to china. I have emailed and tried to speak to them and their customer service has been slow and absolutely shockingly bad. They won’t offer me a refund even though legally that is what I’m entitled to. Please avoid this company, whatever they sell is not as it’s advertised online. It’s a scam They have replied to ask me to contact them to investigate further, but again this is a scam. I have already contacted them Several times and now they have just stopped replying. I have had to contact my bank instead to highlight this fraud.

Unbelievable comfort!! I suffered upper shoulders and neck with 'burning' muscles. Had very difficult times of inability to fall asleep or stay asleep. No longer!! I awaken refreshed now. I SOOOOO appreciate my pillow now!! Thank y'all!!

It took a bit of getting used to as I usually use two pillows, but now I find because I have osteoarthritis in my neck I do not get the pain that I usually do when I wake up Plus it helps to keep you lying on your back so very helpful

I had just remodeled my bedroom and had no headboard or a good place to read. This pillow is perfect for both. It is a great investment, as I can now read every night before I go to bed and every morning i can read the paper. This is all from the comfort of my own bed.

This is False Advertising Do not even buy it. The pillow is ridiculously thin it's 1.2inch when you rest your head on it there is no support your basically flat on your bed. You cannot even rest your arm on the side I can basically fit my pinky up to my index finger there is no space for your arm to slide up. I also thought I was getting a much more dense pillow. When you look at the commerical and the photo your getting something completely different. Do not get me started on customer service. WOW after 20 emails sharing what I thought I was getting and what I got and even having a rep say in an email "stop sending photos of our commercial advertising of our pillow and then show what I actually got. Being told we wont replace or take care of the return label due to false advertising. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY

I purchased it only because it advertised 100% money back guarantee. I got the pillow, and it actually hurt my neck, so I wrote them to return, only to find out I was on the hook for return shipping costs to CHINA. Another bloody Chinese company, thought this was made in Australia.

The pillow was delivered and smell really bad. You cant use it.
