What a SCAM! The pillows are not what they advertise. To return them you have to send them back to China via a carrier that requires signature. So to return a $63 POS, it will cost you $143. Do the math. The pillows are horrible and not safe to use,
I originally purchased this to use as an aid for when I needed to do my college coursework in the bed. However, I ended up having extensive oral surgery and was not allowed to sleep on my back for a week and truthfully I have never been more comfortable sleeping straight up. It is very roomy and comfortable as well as beautiful and will fit in perfectly with any decor you have!

Pillow cases arrived and were as described. One pack had some marks on it and the customer services responded immediately and sent some replacement pillow cases.
Necause od shoulder and waist pain,I tried different pillows over the years and none before helped me with those pains. I can say so far that those pains are still present, but not as hard as before since I started using the pillow from the pillow home.

My bedroom is shaped where the best place for the bed is in front of windows so a headboard is out of the question. My pillows falling off drove me crazy! This has eliminated that issue. It fits in perfectly. It has a removable cover for washing as well. Very happy
