Terraboost Media Reviews

I signed a contract with Terraboost to create and place a kiosk advertising my business in a local grocery store. The kiosk, per the agreement signed on 10/23/23, was to be placed "E2 (R)" in the store. The salesman for this account, Gary, later confirmed this to mean "to the right of the entrance" in my local store. I paid $250 for art production and $239 a month starting December 2023. Including my initial payment, the campaign would total $3118. The kiosk production went well but was initially placed in the incorrect store. I notified them of this on 12/22/23, and things were finally resolved 1/10/24. I was compensated with a free month added to the end of my campaign. The kiosk went missing again around a week later, and I notified Terraboost on 1/16/24. I followed up on 1/22 and 1/28, and when I finally received an answer on 1/30, the kiosk was still in the incorrect store. This store is around the corner from my small business, and I shop there myself. During this process, I was repeatedly assured that the kiosk was in the correct place, I just was not looking hard enough. Sometime in late February/early March my kiosk was finally placed in the correct store, but in the pharmacy in the back of the store, facing the back wall. The kiosk is unable to be seen unless you are standing at the pharmacy counters. When I discovered this placement, I asked to be released from my contract and halt any further payments, as I was sold an entrance placement with lots of foot traffic and received what is, in my opinion, the worst placement in the store. I have been denied canceling my contract, and though I was promised resolutions and conversations with several people on Terraboost's support staff, I have not been contacted since 4/23/24. I have been charged in December, January, March, and April for my kiosk to be in the wrong location per my contract, which stipulates the address of the store and the internal placement of the kiosk. Updated on 5/30/2024 The business responded to my BBB complaint, and the resolution was satisfactory. Therefore, I am updating my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

Like many of other reviews here, I am experiencing the same type of service with Terraboost. It's almost hard to believe that nobody, I mean nobody, has any interest in the type of service their customers receive. I have 2 kiosks, and it has become a full-time job for me to "check on" the location of both regularly. This was a business investment, and I might as well have taken the $$$ and threw it in the trash. Even the sales representative is MIA. And I may agree with another reviewer, the advertising spots get sold to multiple businesses. I am guessing that's why my kiosks, which I am contracted to be located at the entrance, gets moved all around all the time?BBB is my next call, it's unfortunate, by I have no where else to turn.

I entered into an agreement with Terraboost for the placement of my advertisements on two kiosks at the entrances of QFC Grocery. Despite making an initial payment and approving the ad's proof, there was a significant communication gap following that, and the store did not receive the advertised product. Eventually, I received an apology from Terraboost's customer service for the delay, along with assurances that the product would be dispatched promptly to ensure a full year of advertisement. At this point, I informed them that I was no longer associated with the company mentioned in the original ad, and they consented to update the advertisement with my new company's details. However, after another prolonged period of silence, I received a proof that incorrectly included both my new and former companies. I immediately communicated my disapproval of this proof and demanded a correction or a complete refund. Despite this, the incorrect ad was installed, and since then, my attempts to contact anyone at Terraboost have been unsuccessful. The misleading advertisement continues to run, leaving me unable to rectify the situation or remove the ad due to QFC's contractual obligations. Reading the other complaint, I am struck by the pattern: No communication, late delivery, wrong product, and the belief that a "generic ad" fulfills their legal requirements. Your fulfillment of your legal obligation puts REALTORS in legal jeopardy. Better have your legal team check that out.

Bought 3 kiosks and they came out looking fantastic. Just what I asked for. I don’t understand the bad reviews, seems like they didn’t understand they would be billed monthly. The contract is very clear on what all cost will be.

I would give 0 stars if I could . I ordered 2 of these to be set up in Oct . They took my 1st payment . I stopped the rest of the payments because no one would return phone calls nor emails . No one could tell me where my signs were . I just kept driving to the stores 1/2 hour to one hour to another . Fast forward to March . Still no signs. I had just went to one of the stores I knew they were not there . I reported them to bbb . Then all of a sudden I get photos of these signs being in the stores . Only thing is they had to be photo shopped because they had Xmas donation boxes by them . In March ? So now months later finally have one sign up . And I’m getting email about paying the full balance ? Excuse me I already paid for a month and the only 1 sign up for not even a month . This company is a scam ! Horrible! Don’t fall for it .

I would rate them zero stars if I could. They contact real estate agents, marketing themselves as a means for both newer and experienced agents to gain recognition in local pharmacies. However, it's nothing but a scam. They sell multiple accounts for the same location and replace you with other contracts in the same area. They might keep you for a week before swapping you out. All they do is take your money and promise leads that never materialize. It's a blatant scam - steer clear and save your money.

We did the hand sanitizers stand. It showed up in the store for about a month, at the exit location where no one would see it. And then they just took it away, no explanation. Never replied to my emails. Did charge me over 1k. So not cool.

Terraboost is TERRIBLE!!! Stay away. Called, emailed SO many times for design help NOTHING. You can never reach anyone. SUCH a scam. DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THEM. They are awful. They will take your money and provide nothing they promise. and then you can never talk to anyone about it.

They failed to provide the advertising kiosk as per the contract, and communication was non-existent. Terrible!

Waw very nice

Some items have been unavailable caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and one is alcohol wipes. I literally have spent days looking for a supply, which normally includes long wait time for talking to a representative of a chat. I normally keep something on hand to pass the wait time, often a newspaper. When I clicked on "chat" at Terraboost, I reached for the paper, but the chat became active before I could even pick up the paper. I had three questions, and each was answered immediately, rather than for someone to look at a catalogue or ask someone else. I was not accustomed to that kind of service, and it was greatly appreciated.

Love your products and when I could not find it in my home town I call and ordered direct from you. Ryan was very helpful and directed me with the right info. Well Done.... Ryan!!

advertising best site look like really awsome

Great products, and excellent customer service. Very helpful and easy to work with!

Customer support was great.

The agent, Travis, at Terraboost was very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of dealing with this site. I am looking forward to dealing with Terraboost in the future. I will surely recommend this site to my associates.

honestly, I don't believe any reviews I read because this company is a SCAM! They sold me advertisement that my ad did not fit into, I filed a dispute because they would not give me money back. For 6 months they have been trying to get me to approve generic ads that are completely illegal to post without my permission, and now they attorney is trying to tell me that I owe them $4,000 for ads that never were approved or published. This is even inconceivable that somebody would have a nerve to bully business owners into paying for advertisement they did not agree or approve! SHAME ON YOU TERRABOOST!

Turner Rollins at Terraboost sales support has been very responsive and helpful in providing quotes and answering my questions. Both over the phone and online, he has responded in a timely manner. We look forward to receiving our order, which we plan to place, in a timely manner as well.
