No wait chat and all answers immediate.
Some items have been unavailable caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and one is alcohol wipes. I literally have spent days looking for a supply, which normally includes long wait time for talking to a representative of a chat. I normally keep something on hand to pass the wait time, often a newspaper. When I clicked on "chat" at Terraboost, I reached for the paper, but the chat became active before I could even pick up the paper. I had three questions, and each was answered immediately, rather than for someone to look at a catalogue or ask someone else. I was not accustomed to that kind of service, and it was greatly appreciated.
