The customer service with Terraboost has been great. They are very helpful and the product is top quality. The order arrived faster than expected and was just what I needed. It's been hard to find disinfecting wipes and these have been greatly appreciated. The alcohol-free wipes are wonderful - no weird smell and feel great on your hands. We are using them to wipe equipment in a gym and they work well.
The live chat is extremely courteous and helpful! The delivery process is very well organized and I was alerted throughout delivery of when and where my order was. Great customer service!

We ordered these for our church. The dispensers were shown in stock when ordered. The sanitizer can first and was marked box 3 of 3, but I there were no boxes 1 and 2. It turned out that dispensers were backordered for 6 weeks. The only way to know this was contacting customer service. The representatives who assisted us were helpful and provided accurate information.
Great service when I contacted them through the chat. I was charged and not alerted that there was a delay in the delivery due to back order but when I contacted them, I was offered a solution and it resolved the issue.
We ordered Tazza hand wipes from TerraBoost and they were shipped promptly. The product works well and we are looking to reorder soon. Turner Rollins was our Customer Support person and he guided us through the process, confirming availability and delivery schedule.
I placed an order in the beginning of May for two free-standing touchless hand sanitizer dispensers and cartridge refills. The refills came in about 5 weeks (acceptable given the timing with Covid outbreak). But the units came in pieces at a time. I had to email each time an incomplete shipment was received asking for the rest of the order. First the shell, then the motor, now I’m waiting on the poles and bases. It’s been 3 months. It’s not a production issue - the manufacturing date is on the box. These shells were made 8/12/2015.
