I made an appointment for a video consult on July 5 and spent an entire day preparing and uploading documents. I opened the app 10 minutes before my appointment and waited for 2 hours without a doctor turning up. I called customer service twice. The first time, the agent told me I was in the queue and had to wait for the next available doctor. The second time, they rescheduled my appointment for a phone consult the next day. I waited today and no phone calls came in. Then they canceled my appointment after I set aside 2 days to consult a doctor. Now I am still sick, stressed out, and exhausted after spending 3 hours waiting for any doctor to turn up. I spent 3 days: - Submitting insurance information - Filling out personal and medical information - Making 2 appointments - Filling out payment information - Preparing documents for the appointments - Uploading documents - Waiting in front of a camera/phone for 3 hours - Contacting customer service 3 times - Getting my appointments canceled while I waited Now I'm so exhausted that I can barely use a phone. I will have to wait until tomorrow to find another company and set up a new account.

From calling in and hanging up with a treatment plan and prescription in place, the care was very professional, quick and helpful. Highly recommended!

They don’t tell you that a Teladoc can’t help a female 60 or over for a UTI. So my visit was useless. Wasted my time and so did the Dr.
A representative helped me to register on the TelaDoc. Then, helped to me to make an appointment. Then i received a call from a doctor quickly. However, i missed the doctors’ call because of the block on my phone. 1) They should advise patient to remove the block for unknown callers on their cell phone and give them time to do so. 2) the person who kindly helped me register and make an appointment asked me to complete the survey at the end of the call. While I was doing the survey, the call from the doctor came through and I could not answer it. Please make the necessary adjustments so that the caller can complete the survey and be available for the doctor’s call.
My provider listened so well and was very considerate of my feelings and needs! I wish she was my regular doctor!
