The doctor was factual, direct, and clearly had my best interest in mind. Even though she wasn’t able to treat me directly, she advised me to go to urgent care or the ER, which turned out to be the right call. I followed her recommendation and have since received treatment for my illness. I appreciated her honesty and professionalism

Fast help on vacation

It's nice to be able to get medical care so quickly without having to visit an office for something simple. I also needed to request a minor change to the prescription and that was addressed immediately.

Excellent, timely, courteous and appropriate care

I signed up for TELEDOC through my work-offered program. I completed the history and listed the reason for my appointment is a request for refill on three medications that posted in my Medical History. I waited for call and 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting, I received a SPAM call from an Indian Call Center. I hung up and reported the number. Then, at my appointment time, I received a call from robot that transferred me to person claiming to be a doctor for Teledoc with a heavy Punjabi Hindi accent. He asked why I made the apointment. I asked him if he read what I requested through the portal. He then told me, correctly, that I requested refills on three simple medications (not pain killers or potentially lethal medications). I told him that was correct. THEN, to my amazement, he told me that he cannot prescribe these doctor prescribed medications. I asked what he meant, as he told me he was a doctor. I asked him what he does then, if not prescribe or refill basic medications. He told me that they only prescribe Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl and other Over-The-Counter (OTC) drugs. I then asked incredulously, "are you telling me that you are going to charge me money to tell me that you can't refill the very request that I made the appointment for? Are you telling me that your company only prescribes medications that customers can go to Target or Walgreens and buy themselves without a doctor's prescription?" He repolied, "Yes." I then asked, Well, your not charging me for this call then, right?" He replied, "You are being charged. You need to contact customer service about the billing." I was furious!! I hung up and, not two minutes later, ANOTHER call from a US number came in. And, just like preceding the call, it was an INDIAN call center with man talking in a heavy Indian Punjab accent. I hung up and blocked the number. This company is fraudulent sham. STAY AWAY from them.

They were able to help me on a Saturday and get me meds so I didn't have to wait till Monday.

Quick way to get medical help you need without leaving your home. Very convenient.

The doctor quickly called , listened to me and my needs and quickly got me antibiotics to help ! He was very friendly and efficient. Thank you for a great experience!

The physician sounded like an AI bot not allowing me to finish answering the question before she interrupted me and asked the next. Not impressed at all other than convenience of not having to go to a physician office or urgent care.
