I'm really glad I found Teladoc it saves me trips to urgent care and my primary care physician. They always call me back within a couple of minutes and explain my issues very clearly. They are friendly and knowledgeable and the cost is very low. I've recommended Teladoc to all my family and friends.
She listened without discounting what I was saying. Made excellent suggestions on how to tweak what I was already doing. Answered questions and provided scientific back up for the info.
It was very easy to schedule and the call went very well. I will use the service again, it was better than I expected. I do think the Doctor could have spent a little more time on the call, especially on how I could deal better with the pain I was experiencing. But he prescribed the right medication and I am feeling much better 24 hours later. Thank you!
This service was amazing. I didn’t have to wait months for an appointment. It was quick and easy to fill out the form and I sent the photos and heard back from a doctor within 24 hours! I was even able to follow up with the doc to adjust my treatment plan.

I felt like she was easy to talk to, and since I’ve had EMDR therapy and she is proficient, it was easy to cut back on the small talk and get down to the things that I’m dealing with. She was a good listener, and asked good questions, and she left me a couple of assignments to learn about ADHD and tapping. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

I’m very grateful for Teladoc! It was a Friday night and I had symptoms of a tooth infection. I was able to request an appointment for early Saturday morning and had my antibiotics within an hour. The provider listened to what I had to say, and provided an explanation as to why she picked a certain antibiotic and went over my instructions for taking it. I was also asked if I needed a doctor’s note. Teladoc set me up with a provider licensed in my state, so it was covered by my insurance. I highly recommend, and I will use Teladoc again in the future.
Very efficient service. Getting well without all of the hassle of making an appointment, getting to the doctor and potentially infecting others. Instead, im resting at home and got at least a 2 day jump on getting better.
