After I tested positive for COVID and could not reach my regular doctor (translation: he didn't bother to read the messages I left for him) I requested an ASAP appointment with Teledoc. Within minutes, a considerate, professional doctor phoned me. She explained everything well, listened to all of my questions, and answered them honestly. Within just a few hours, my needed prescriptions were ready. This service really was a lifesaver in my case. Without it, I would've had to have gone to a hospital emergency room, exposing countless others to COVID and hurting my own health as I was in no shape to drive and make the trip. I am very grateful to the doctor and to the organizers of Teledoc.

I developed an eye infection over the holiday weekend. I couldn’t get in to see my primary physician for a week, and didn’t want to spend hours at urgent care or the ER. I was able to get online with a wonderful physician in less than 10 minutes who diagnosed my infection and ordered an antibiotic. It was a 10/10 experience!

I was out of town visiting friends when I developed an ear infection. Teladoc immediately responded. I got the medication I needed at a pharmacy nearby. The whole experience was positive and left me feeling reassured that I could get help when needed,

The whole process from account set up, communications, uploading a picture of the issue, seeing the doctor, and getting a prescription was seamless any very smooth. Frankly, I was blown away.

Needed fast treatment on a national holiday (7/4). Was able to obtain a video appointment in 5 minutes of submitting a request and a prescription sent to a pharmacy immediately upon completion of appointment. Once I called the pharmacy and realized they were closed in observance of the holiday, I was able to request a transfer to a 24/7 pharmacy within minutes. Total time from onset of symptoms to RX in hand was 90 mins. I’ve already referred 3 friends to consider Teladoc Health for their needs. Thank you for providing me with the much needed expedited treatment on a day when I believed I might need to wait for hours in urgent care!!!

Teladoc is really so easy to use and takes no time to from start to finish. I have used it for over 2 yrs for my mental health monthly appointments. And now for dermatology.
