Honestly, if my insurance ever discontinues Teledoc, I will move insurance policies.... I love teledoc... when I need urgent care it's as simple as a phone or video call consultation and my medications are always provided... definitely can trust in Teledoc
2024 has no issue, until now i had to pay 2 times since the first visit on same day forgot to include my doctors note and this has also happened to a few of my co-workers as well, no refund received for their mistake.
The doctor listened to my concerns about my history with these symptoms.

I received a timely response. The treatment plan was explained well. The Rx needed were sent to the pharmacy. I was able to start treatment on a holiday. I did not have to wait to see a doctor nor did I need to miss work. Thank You.

I was able to get in touch with someone fast and obtain the medication I required immediately. I would have preferred to be able to talk to a female doctor because this was a health issue that affected women.
I had an excruciatingly itchy rash for almost 3 weeks kept thinking it would resolve. Tried everything even prescription creams I had. Finally did a teledoc appointment. He prescribed oral steroids and what a difference that made. I finally got a nights sleep and lesions resolving after a couple of days. Don’t hesitate. It’s so easy
