3 days of stress trying to see a doctor
I made an appointment for a video consult on July 5 and spent an entire day preparing and uploading documents. I opened the app 10 minutes before my appointment and waited for 2 hours without a doctor turning up. I called customer service twice. The first time, the agent told me I was in the queue and had to wait for the next available doctor. The second time, they rescheduled my appointment for a phone consult the next day. I waited today and no phone calls came in. Then they canceled my appointment after I set aside 2 days to consult a doctor. Now I am still sick, stressed out, and exhausted after spending 3 hours waiting for any doctor to turn up. I spent 3 days: - Submitting insurance information - Filling out personal and medical information - Making 2 appointments - Filling out payment information - Preparing documents for the appointments - Uploading documents - Waiting in front of a camera/phone for 3 hours - Contacting customer service 3 times - Getting my appointments canceled while I waited Now I'm so exhausted that I can barely use a phone. I will have to wait until tomorrow to find another company and set up a new account.
