it was so easy & convenient no waiting in the doctors waiting room, no driving thru traffic, no being sent to another room to wait even longer. Just sit on my couch pick up the phone and within 10 minutes. My medical needs were handled.
Teladoc is a SCAM! Once connected with a doctor, she rushed me off the phone. She told me to call the 1800 number back after taking a Covid/flu test and they would patch me through to a nurse who would write me a prescription. I spoke with to different people at the 1800 number, then got transferred to a voicemail. Didn’t receive a call back just a text message that their policy is I schedule and pay for another visit. I explained that Dr. Victoria Diokno told me to call back in and I’ve received no communication. If you need somewhere to go CallonDoc took care of me in 15 mintues.

I was having an issue with accessing Teladoc but didn't understand why. I contacted Teladoc services and was given assistance into what happened to my account being blocked because of previous information/ username password. It was worked out and the person stayed on the phone to make sure I was able to get back into my account . She was very patient and courteous. The problem was rectified.
