From the call-taker to the Doctor, they were pleasant to talk to and they listened to what I said. I received my prescription and I’m feeling pretty good. I didn’t have to wait to schedule a Dr. appointment and wait!

Very easy to register and set up. Doctors was able to consult with me right away. Medication was sent out as soon as I hung up with the doctor. Highly recommend. It sure beats the emergency room or urgent care.

Fast service, within 15 minutes, very professional, asked if I understood everything, and if I needed anything else. Made me feel at ease and relieved. Beat going and waiting in line on a urgent care or Doctors office.

The Physician Assistant called me within five minutes of making my appointment. She was friendly, attentive and responded to my issue immediately. She also suggested alternative measures to improve symptoms more rapidly. Huge fan of Teladoc…no waiting rooms, no make up, no driving and I had an Rx called in within ten minutes!

I was not up to an in person visit so I went with a Teladoc visit. The wait time was approximately 5min or less. The provider was kind and knowledgeable. The whole experience was easy and convenient.

Was not heard by Doctor. He didn’t introduce himself. Summary notes did not match what was discussed during brief appointment.

It was quick and easy. I was prescribed medicine that did the job.

Quick and easy process! Good service

I was relieved at how convenient it was to get help fast. Of course I came down with an infection the night before a holiday weekend. I was able to be seen and explain my wound and pain and get the right medicine quickly. In fact I had it within an hour. I felt like the doctor was experienced and knowledgable and kind.

It is so convenient to have a Doctor on the line without having to schedule an appointment and go through the hassle of a brick and mortar doctor visit.

The appointment was set up swiftly and addressed my issue well. An Rx was called out right away.

There were issues with the platform used. The doctor thought I was on mute - she couldn't hear me but she made several attempts to fix it and we finally settled on her calling my cellphone so she could talk to me and we could continue with that appointment. I really appreciated the efforts she made. She also made sure that I got what I needed by way of answers, recommendations and explanations.

I have used this service many times and have always been very happy with it. However, this instance, my daughter needed an antibiotic and was not given one. After doing everything that the physician told us to do, I ended up having to take her into the doctor and get an antibiotic to finally get better. I wish I would have just taken her to the doctor in the first place instead of her being in agony for almost a week after her Teledoc appointment.

This was my first time using telehealth and from the moment I called to the call back from the doctor,everything went smoothly will definitely do it again and recommend people to do telehealth.

I was able to speak with a provider very quickly, and pick up a prescription before the pharmacy closed on a Sunday afternoon. Aside from having to put in my medical history, the whole process was very quick and easy. It was a very good experience.

The initial online setup was not a great experience but it is understandably necessary. The call back from the doctor was faster than expected and speaking with him was easy. He provided a quick solution, and I picked up my meds within 30 minutes of the phone call.
