Incredible handyman. Put together everything efficiently, and had everything he needed. He worked fast but extremely meticulous. Highly recommend!

Easy to book and competitive prices

communication - messages went to spam, I didn't get notices and therefore had to pay an extra hour for the person sitting there waiting for me. I don't like the fact that I need to pay a full hour before even speaking to the person - so in the process of finding someone, it was a constant pay-refund to the card - super annoying

My experience with their handyman referral service was excellent. Good communication with the serviceman using the Taskrabbit app. Payment was straight forward.

Serhi was great; professional and pleasant. He understood how I wanted to do things and told me not to worry and executed perfectly. I highly recommend him.

Tasker arrived 4 hours late, didn’t finish job. was supposed to come back but never showed up at agreed time and date. didn’t even reply to my messages

Becareful to Mikaelov and to TaskRabbit . This plumber as cashed the first deposit . But he did not Come as conviced. That I canceled his Task. And the deposit was not Paid back to me . Thanks to Taskrabbit The plateform is not efficient .

Customer service is mediocre, to say the least. The Tasker did not show up 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and provided no ETA other then there’s trafic. I had taken time off work and made myself available for the appointment, only to have the Tasker never show up, to point i had to cancel or wait infinitely. What was even more frustrating was the fact that i was charged as if the service was provided, then after explaining the situation being given credit, when i requested a refund.the lack of urgency and the difficulty getting a proper resolution from customer service was beyond disappointing and frustrating . When a service provider fails to show up, customers should not have to spend additional time chasing support and explaining the situation, and after multiple escalations to be provided with a refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and customer service needs significant improvement.

The tasker was good and clean with work.

John was an excellent worker. Very fast, but accurate. Much appreciated his help.
