Extremely poor Customer service
Customer service is mediocre, to say the least. The Tasker did not show up 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and provided no ETA other then there’s trafic. I had taken time off work and made myself available for the appointment, only to have the Tasker never show up, to point i had to cancel or wait infinitely. What was even more frustrating was the fact that i was charged as if the service was provided, then after explaining the situation being given credit, when i requested a refund.the lack of urgency and the difficulty getting a proper resolution from customer service was beyond disappointing and frustrating . When a service provider fails to show up, customers should not have to spend additional time chasing support and explaining the situation, and after multiple escalations to be provided with a refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and customer service needs significant improvement.
