Easy to use and well priced.

It took about 9 hours to our tasker to install our PAX and in the end, the doors were not put according to the plan so it doesn't even close and open properly. The doors were installed the wrong side so we have to buy 3 new doors and handles and reinstall the whole thing. The installer kept on asking questions, took a long time and didn't have anything to adjust the PAX. We brought this to the client service and don't feel like we're getting full support here. The client service suggested a tiny credit for the situation, which doesn't even cover the new doors and handles we have to buy again. I'm very disappointed, I thought this was a good idea since it was recommended by Ikea.

I had two tasks done, and both were completed to my complete satisfaction. However, after the painting job, the tasker insisted on hanging around until I went in the app "for the invoice". I assume so he could ensure I left a good review and a tip. I thought this was maybe normal, but the second tasker was much more professional and didn't even mention the need to go online before he left. Beware of very high ratings, I guess. Sometimes they are given under pressure.

The two task Rabbits were skilled, efficient, good communicators and really nice to work with. We had a full apartment to stage they worked so effectively and around my team installing art and adjusting the decor. We did a great job together. My team and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would hire Rabbits again for future work. It was a great experience. Thanks!

Great service

Task rabbit asks customers to pay an initial deposit however, taskers can cancel or reject tasks without accountability! Recently, five taskers have canceled on me. Additionally, taskers frequently misrepresent their services, such as claiming to have unavailable pickup trucks, or adding undisclosed fuel and rental fees mid-job, despite promising no hidden costs!

Tasker moved the time which I agreed to. He was then 30 minutes late. He did not have the correct tools. He ruined the hardware he was to mount. He left pieces off of the hardware that came with it. He had no saw to cut with. He was COMPLETELY incompetent and clearly had no idea how to do the simple job of mounting a door sweep. I’m 70 years old and I count on your service. This tasker is unqualified and my door sweep is not level and it is now hard to open and close my door. I’m 100% dissatisfied with your lack of customer service.

Fantastic service. Had ikea bed and dresser to build. First time using task rabbit. Wow. Very reasonable price and you can schedule day and time of assembly. Whattt. Rodrigo’s was on time, super organized and clean. Impressed with your service.

Had a bad experience with a Tasker, and Task Rabbit customer service has offered no recourse and has been illusive to contact and has been generally very unhelpful. It's unclear if I've ever corresponded with a real person and they have repeatedly pointed me to a nonexistent resolution process in within their app. Truly terrible service from start to finish.
