SAV un peu limite, renvoi à nos frais (14,95€ pour renvoyer en Allemagne) pour un article à 12€…

J’ai acheté un maillot de la Norvège extérieur floque odegaard depuis le site français. Je l’ai reçu en 1 semaine et je suis très satisfait de la qualité du maillot, il est exactement comme je le voulais. Aucun problème de livraison ou au niveau de la commande. Je recommande subside à quiconque voudrait acheter des vrais maillots tout en restant sur de ne pas avoir de problèmes.

I ordered two jerseys from the U.S. but after three weeks I did not receive them. I sent email after email with no response. Finally I called and Jerry responded apologizing that there was a glitch in their email system. He immediately reviewed the order and even offered free 3 day express shipping for the delay. When the jerseys finally arrived in the US I was assessed a hefty duty fee. I again contacted Jerry to see what could be done and he offered to cover the cost since there was a significant delay with the shipping as a courtesy. When I got the jerseys I was blown away by how nice they were and how well done the personalized number came out. Huge thank you to Jerry and the team for making all this happen and truly showing what great customer service is all about!!

Se equivocaron en un parche que pedí,y la atención al cliente es pésima para que solucionen su error

Unfortunately i received the wrong items today. I ordered individual letters and the number 6 in premier league printing as well as the premier league badge. Instead i was sent random name sets and numbers. Im sure this is just a rare mistake in an overall very good company. The return slip is in german and must be sent their which will include a heavy shipping cost for the return which is at my expense despite it being their mistake. Ontop of trying to get the right goods sent our this time round

Received my tee shirt today: on time, as described and good quality materials. Will definitely use Subside again.

No product and no communication. No replies to emails. Absolutely rubbish.

Soy de Argentina. Tardó pero me llegaron todos los pedidos. Increíble la calidad de los productos. Lo super recomiendo ahora y siempre y mas cuando dan cupones de descuentos. Todo original, todo autentico, como dije al principio, tarda bastante nomas en llegar (si sos de Argentina) pero llega y te da una alegria tremenda. Seguire comprando en este lugar

Druck nach 1. Waschen defekt. Behauptet man kann 40‘c Feinwäsche waschen, aber auf der Verpackung vom T-Shirt steht - Handwaschen. Nach Email Kontakt nur Disskusionen und verwirrende Antworten. Sollen noch Geld für neue Shirts bezahlen. Unseriös ohne Ende. Nicht zu empfehlen!

1st class service. Ordered football shirt numbers and they came on time and are great quality. Most impressively was the customer service. Very fast to reply via email and they even answered immediately on a call which is rare to have that option in this day and age. I couldn't rate this company high enough and no I've not been given anything for this review. Just a genuinely satisfied customer.

I spoke with Sarah Jenkins about a cancellation. She said that it would take 2-3 days to see the return. This was 10 days ago. I have sent numerous emails requesting a status update. They just stoped responding. I have contacted my bank and reported the transaction. I dont know if they are just unprofessional or just flat out a scam. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

After what seemed like a doomed Christmas thanks to puma’s dyslexic team, Susbside sports shipped out some replacement letters which came within like 3 days. Awesome! got exactly what I wanted and was able to fix that ‘companies’ mistake. Very cheap £1 per letter and that is a better option than waiting for a new personalised jersey to be sent. 10/10 happy, you saved my a$ś

Was a lil bit skeptical after reading so many bad reviews, but decided to give subside sports a try as they deliver this brand outside of EU when other sites don’t, glad that i decided to give them a try 😀 item delivered securely using the dhl express delivery, customer service was prompt in replying my queries , overall a pleasant shopping experience 👍

I frequently bought from them but they probably already lost a customer. I made a purchase on July 21st and as of today I have not received anything. The order has not been updated for 20 days. I contacted customer service and they did not give me any satisfactory solution or answer. A person named Sarah Jenkins, argues that I should “wait longer” because according to her the package is going to South America and it takes a long time to arrive. But this person is wrong, the order is not going to South America, it is going to MEXICO which is North America and here orders arrive faster in 2 or 3 weeks at the most, no more than a month. In addition, I have already made it clear that I URGENTLY need that package to arrive because it is for a gift, that is why I ordered it in advance and have it just in time for the gift date. I need them to take responsibility and give me a solution now, because after this I have no intention of buying anything from them again. Ordered a 23/24 City replica shirt which I can't seem to find anywhere else, and came to my door 2 weeks later! Super satisfied with the speed and experience!

Experiencia muy mala, compre una camiseta de fútbol el 17 julio y hoy 5 de agosto no la he recibido. Desde hace una semana estoy preguntando por ella, porque desde el día 26 de julio el localizador de DHL no se actualiza, y me contestan que no se me ha entregado porque nunca estoy en casa. Me resulta extraño, porque nadie ha venido a casa ni me han dejado aviso ni me han llamado, y me acerco a Correos y me dicen que no tengo nada por entregar y que por ese n° de localizador no me pueden informar porque no es de ellos sino de otra empresa, que el paquete a ellos aún no les ha llegado, por lo visto sale del país con DhL y llega a España con Correos. Vuelvo a escribir y la misma chica, Sarah, me comente que como no lo recogí el paquete esta de vuelta, que cuando lo reciban ya me lo reembolsarán, pero tardarán unos días. Esto es de locos, para mi es una estafa en toda regla

Op de website staat "Ruilen en retourneren gratis" maar in de FAQ staat verborgen dat de retourkosten voor jezelf zijn. Dit is geen eerlijke handel.

La peor experiencia comprando online de mi vida. Compré una camiseta por la web el 6 de junio y me llegó el 14 de junio una camiseta que nada tenía que ver con lo que compré. Escribí a atención al cliente de la web y tardaron 3 días en contestar para pedirme que mandara una foto del producto y que lo investigarían. Envié la foto de lo que me habían enviado y lógicamente a los días me contestaron que había ocurrido un error en el envío (ya lo sabía yo) . Que iban a mirar y me comunicaban como me recogían el producto erróneo y lo cambiaban por el correcto, a las horas del correo anterior, me escriben para decirme que no pueden recogerlo ellos, debo ir a una oficina de correos, perder mi tiempo y poner mas dinero para enviar el producto que me enviaron ellos por error suyo a su empresa en Alemania, desde España tuve que pagar 13'70€. Me pidieron que junto al producto enviara la factura del envío y por correo el justificante donde venía el número de seguimiento, hasta que no hice eso no me enviaban el producto que compré y me pagaban los costes extras del envío de devolución por su error. Además les exigí una compensación y lo máximo que conseguí fue una devolución del 10% de producto sin contar gastos de envío. El resumen es que compré una camiseta el 6 de junio y me llegó el 16 de julio con pérdida de mi tiempo y gasto extra para mi aunque fue devuelto mas tarde. La camiseta era un regalo de cumpleaños y evidentemente llegó un mes mas tarde del día del cumpleaños No volveré a comprar jamás en esa web
